Bed was very comfortable, very strong water pressure, plenty of towels, small fridge, microwave and Kuerig maker. Room had individual window AC unit and heat. Location is great – only 3 miles to entrance to RMNP. Also, very nice to have a restaurant on site and they have lots of amenities – outdoor fire pits, tetherball, barbecue grills, a putting green. even a sidewalk to walk or jog along so you don’t have to be on the busy road.

Parking was difficult with a truck. Even if we’d had a car, the spots were usually taken but there’s additional parking in the lot up the hill as well as the onsite Wapiti restaurant Our room had a closet to hang clothes but only 4 hangers. Could use a dresser or nightstands to put clothes.

Great room by the River. Everything is contactless check in. Sliding glass door entrance with key lock box to gain entry. A smaller window above the AC unit. Left open at night to fall asleep to the sounds of the river. Loved the Keurig machine and the added touch of coffee and tea selections. Cute wilderness decor. Close enough to the center of Estes but far enough away to enjoy sounds of nature and not people. Restaurant next door was great too!

The rain dropped the temperature quickly at night that we had to use the heater, which was great, but difficult to manage a comfortable temperature. Heated up quickly so close to my side of the bed. Thought my hot flash was a hot flash, turned out it was just the high efficient heater. My partner slept by the AC. He never even noticed I was sweating my butt off in our King size bed 🤣

Remote yet close to RMNP!!! Due to the remote location, I was unable to access the email with instructions to the key box. However, I was able to make a call (AT&T) to the host, who was super friendly and helpful!! I am old fashioned and prefer a lobby and clerk, but because of the immediate and friendly service, I give this property high marks!!! The room was super cute and clean! I would stay here again!

Because of the customer service, there's nothing to complain about. I prefer to have a lobby with desk clerk for check-in, so I don't have to rely on the internet. It's me,,,I'm old-school. This property has self-check in, so review your emails before getting out of cell/Wi-Fi service area so you can get the instructions before arriving at the hotel.

Nikki‘s resort was the best hotel we’ve stayed at in Colorado! It was comfortable and clean and cozy inviting. It felt like a cozy cabin with the necessary items needed terrific stay! they have grills and fire pits and a really cool bar restaurant you can walk to - not to mention the wonderful stream to see and enjoy! We can’t say enough about this place!

Friend and I stayed in a family room and it was perfect for us. Lots of space and we were comfortable. Fridge was great to have! Lots of extra blankets came in handy as did the toiletries provided in the shower. Great location on the river, only a less than 5 min drive from town. We saw elk down the road, the river running along the property is pretty and the restaurant seems to be popular (we didn’t try it bc we were so busy).

Linens are a bit dated. I’d definitely change the quilts on the beds as they seem very old. We removed them and used the extra fleece blankets provided. Room was also a bit dark. Maybe brighter lights around the mirror behind the sink.

Room was spacious, nicely decorated, and had great amenities. The location was perfect for our visit to Rocky Mountain National Park.

Internet was unstable and slow. I had to go elsewhere so I could get some work done. Staff was responsive but not overly helpful in addressing the problem. Also the toilet was super low and hard to get off of.

It was very small, we felt cramped and the bed wasn't that comfortable. Need better curtains over the main window and sliding door. It felt like we had no privacy. The a/c unit did not cool us the first night, so we had to keep it on the coldest setting ALL the time to stay cool at night. With the rooms so small I know not other furniture could fit but better seating other than the bed would have been nice.

I think the name should be changed from Resort.To Nicky's Creekside Hotel or Motel.Becsuse I have traveled and the name is misleading.Because it is not a Resort.The location Great.The Motel was fine.But no Resort standard. Photos online look better than actually are.

I didn’t have breakfast there, but I had dinner at the diner and the food was fantastic. The location was very nice and I would go to that location again!

I think everything was great! I would plan to go back to the resort sometime in the spring and see how the location is like when it’s warmer outside. But overall, it was a great experience for me.

Amazing! The hotel is located right along Fall River. The river flows through the property and it’s quite beautiful to see and very peaceful to hear. You’re far enough away from town and the hustle and bustle but still close enough to be downtown in a few minutes. The best part? You’re located a few miles (5 minutes) from the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park! And it’s the less busy entrance! Easy access to the park and down the road from the historic Stanley hotel. Room was very clean and had a cozy feel. Also, the restaurant located on the property called the Wapiti Pub was EXCELLENT!
