Loved the location! Walking distance to Main Street area! Loved that they offered pet friendly rooms. The pet friendly rooms have tile/wood floors. Which you really appreciate if you’ve ever stayed somewhere that had carpet pet rooms. They had (working) fire pits out front with chairs around them . They offered supplies for s’mores in the evening. The fire pits are easy to use, they had timers. Breakfast was simple, but sufficient. We will definitely return!

Nothing, everything was great, however, I did recommend a bread knife to make it easier to slice the bagels ☺️

Very clean and beautiful property. Walking distance to the Main Street shops of Estes Park. Enjoyed the hot tub and beautiful, quiet location of the property!

The only small complaint was that our AC/Heat unit was extremely loud. Every time it kicked on through the night it woke me up, but it was never on for long periods of time. The rooms are well insulated for having glass doors and it was a very comfortable stay overall.

Close to town. The river. The fire pits. The marshmallows to roast. Beds and pillows are super comfortable. Large rooms. The hot tub and waterfall. The complete breakfast. The quiet and peacefulness. It’s between 2 parks.

Too much furniture in the hot tub area. The throwing games created a lot of noise in the hot tub area. It was more peaceful last year. Also the corn hole games are loud. Remove these games and it would be perfect. They have room for two more hot tubs too.

stayed here before which is why we decided to stay here again. they are very friendly and helpful, and the hotel is very clean. its location is great because you are can walk to the restaurants and shops.

air quality then was not the best so not their fault but would have been nice to have an elevator since we were on the 3rd floor, climbing the stairs in the higher altitude was harder than we thought for a SR couple.

We walked a couple of blocks to a restaurant in town. It was so nice not to have to get into The car again. We were right by the Fall River. The Adirondack chairs along the river were wonderfully comfortable. We had a private balcony. The room was super clean and beautifully decorated. The hot tub was large and just the right temperature. Loved it!

The mattress wasn’t as comfortable as the purple mattress we have at home. The small pillows were hard although there were a lot of them. Our room was up a flight of stairs. There was a parking lot beyond the river although this allowed us to park close to our room. We paid $459. I thought that was a lot for one night considering. We booked last minute so maybe that explains the price. The A. C. Blew right onto the bed even though the room was quite large. We turned it off and then it was too warm.

great location, easy walking distance to shops, quiet, clean, comfortable. they can't guarantee early check in. however, I came from out of state for a wedding and I explained my circumstances (check in is 4 pm and the wedding was at 4:30). they spoke with house keeping and made sure my room was ready 3 hours early!!! that was awesome - so thankful!

parking is a bit tight. breakfast area a little tight

The bed was very comfortable. The room functioned well for our stay. The location was perfect. The amenities offered were great - fire pits, s’mores etc. Recommend the hotel.

The room is right on the walkway so you cannot leave the window treatments open. Therefore, the room could use better lighting or one way film on the windows/doors.

It's walking distance to downtown which was amazing, was right on the river with lounge areas which was amazing to put our feet in and at night they had pre-packaged s'mores put together for the guests on the fire pits

Our bedsheets had a few like toothpaste spots on them which made it seemed a little un cleaned but may have just been missed with it being hard and sticky

Beautiful and quiet setting on Fall River. Wonderful landscaping and grounds. Within easy walking distance of Elkhorn Avenue (main tourist street in Estes Park). Convenient location to Rocky Mountain National Park entrances. Really nice breakfast selection included.

We loved this property and have no complaints.

Great location and you’re able to walk all over downtown. Room was spacious and staff was courteous. The hot tub was nice to enjoy after hiking and cold days. Great view of the river as well.

Doors to the room didn’t block out noise from the hallway. The bathroom shower was very small and the water went over the edge. There was construction going on at the time which created some added noise. Also the breakfast options were limited.
