The property was nicely renovated, clean, and the bed was the most comfortable bed I slept on during our trip (we stayed at 4 properties over the course of 7 days). The staff was super-friendly. The breakfast (granola) and coffee were delicious.

The door between the private bedroom and main room was very thin, so I could hear the TV in the next room (we stayed in a 2-room suite with my elderly parents in the private room). It took a few hours to get extra towels, which we needed after a dusty afternoon riding ATVs, and that may have been because there was an all-staff meeting being held when we checked in.

All the soaps and lotions are of very good quality! Looks locally made and uses clean ingredients. Pillows are big, firm & comfortable. Love the built-ins for closet space & built-in seating. The air conditioner works great, with very strong airflow. I appreciate the bedside tables. Easily outlets for charging cords.

If you rely totally on GPS you could end up at the wrong location. We were unaware that there are 2 Trailborns 2 miles apart from each other. You need to check if you're at the Outpost or not because that will make a difference in which one you're staying at.

The staff was excellent. I left my iPad in the room after checking out and driving to the airport. Within an hour I received a call from Nicki at the front desk letting me know I left it and how it can be returned through a special service. I appreciate that the housekeeper turned in my lost item and the assistance from the front desk. Very professional and honest.

Great place outside the Rockies. Staff was awesome. Very informative and nice when we checked in. The same when we checked out at 3am. Ice machine worked long enough to fill our ice chest, which is great on long trips. The brochure/map they give you on check in is nicely put together and pretty stylish. My daughter and I loved this place! Wished we had a little more time here to enjoy it. We were only here to sleep for about 8 hours.

Newly remodeled very nicely. The young man at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Loved the hand soap and bath products. Loved the books in the room as well as having a cooler available for us in our room. That was very handy

Even though you have 2 properties within a mile of each other they should each have their own amenities for each hotel separately unless they both have the same amenities which they don’t. The included continental breakfast was at the other location so we would have to get in our car and travel?? That cuts into our vacation time. We didn’t go for the breakfast at all. We paid for breakfast which we thought was included at our hotel. Also our hotel didn’t have an ice machine. We could use the provided cooler but there was no ice to put in there. We were told we could go to the other hotel and they would fill it. I also did not feel our bed was the best but not bad. He said they were new so maybe there was something wrong with the way it was set up.

I liked the location and ease of getting to where we wanted to go. There was a small soft sided cooler in our room for our use which was very handy. the room was very spacious.

There was lots of noise from the room above. Older buildings have little sound proofing. The pool wasn't open, our room door was at the bottom of the stairs going up so we had people bumping/brushing our door at all hours. The bathroom vanity area light didn't work unless the main room light was on.

Located in such a great area, not far from downtown Estes Park but just far enough to be away from the busy tourist town. Free Bike rentals with my reservation and beautiful rooms.

TV wifi was not yet set up so we could not stream our shows, and there was no microwave in our room. These are by no means deal breakers though.

The room was very nice. Appeared to be recently updated. There was a pool, but did not appear to be open during our stay. Wished for a kuerig or regular coffee pot in the room instead of electric pot and instant coffee. The staff were very friendly amd helpful. Conveniently located to all the activities in Estes Park and to the Ricky Mountain national park.

Breakfast was nice.The coffee was fresh and very good. The other location had the restaurant which we tried and was also very good.

More buffet style at breakfast - eggs or other protein for example.

Highly recommend Trailborn for the Rocky Mountain experience with a boutique hotel feel nestled in this amazing location close to Estes Park! The market with tasty refreshments was amazing and the outdoor patio and fire pit added great ambiance to our stay :). This hotel is dog-friendly with walkability to Estes Park and the hotel is fully renovated.
