Friendly staff from check in to check out. This facility is super clean, well maintained located near several restaurants, gas stations and a super market. We were able to park right outside our room 228. The parking spots are numbered and from what I could see each room had a numbered parking spot right outside the room. The room was spacious for our stay although the toilet/shower/tub was a tight squeeze. If you need a wheelchair, be sure to get a room specifically designed for that. The bed was super comfy and the pillows were awesome with five or six provided for the king size bed, which was a bonus for us! Our room had a coffee maker, fridge, microwave, iron with ironing board, safe, two luggage stands, comfy chair, desk, two additional chairs for the balcony, three lamps which two had an outlet to plug in charger for cellphones, hair dryer, several towels, two rolls unopened toilet paper, complimentary shampoo/conditioner and soap, kleenex tissues, and make-up remover. This location also provides coffee/ tea in the lobby with plenty of sweeteners/creamers for the guest. We did not eat breakfast as we enjoy trying out new restaurants when we travel. However, I did check out what was available and even the pickest eater would have no problem eating breakfast here. Lots of choices available, hot and cold. I highly recommend this facility as they leave nothing out to make your stay comfortable. Oh and the view from our room was amazing!

Unfortunately a lot of the breakfast is very wasteful. Single use utensils, plastic cups (luckily at this place not individually wrapped in plastic again), paper plates etc. We ended up using our camping utensils to lower the amount of trash but it’s sad that so close to a national park, you visit to see protected nature, you create so much unnecessary waste.

Autumn at the reception welcomed us with a gentle smile and provided wonderful suggestions for our 2-day plan. She made specific suggestions for spots (RMNP destinations, restaurants, Estes Park destinations). The room was super clean; no smells. The parking was a designated spot, so no hassle whatsoever. The breakfast was pretty amazing; good variety. Loved the hot chocolate! Close to RMNP. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Every staff member I interacted with during my stay was very kind and welcoming. Great customer service! The parking was very convenient and made loading and unloading our luggage very easy. We loved our view from the hotel room. We saw an elk and two deer from the patio. My family and I booked two rooms and asked for the rooms to be by each other. The hotel granted our wish. It was so nice to sit on the patio after a long day of activities, enjoy the view and chat with my family. This was very important to me and I really appreciated it. The hotel location was very close to to everything in town but far enough to avoid the downtown traffic. My family and I enjoyed walking to the lake. We were even able to walk to the marina from the hotel to enjoy activities around the lake.

The breakfast looked okay but we decided to eat elsewhere. It was not quite what I expected when I read hot breakfast. The rooms were clean but had a weird smell when we first got there. It might have been because the A/C had been turned off. We bought a candle and the room smelled fine after that.

Breakfast was excellent every day. Food and beverages were plentiful and tasty. Tables were cleaned immediately after guests left. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were serviced daily so always had a nice clean room after hiking all day. Directv was great!

Wish there was liquid soap in bathrooms and shower versus bar soaps.

Finally, a hotel that provides more than 1 suitcase stand! A rarity for sure. The beds were comfy and the shower had nice water pressure. The breakfast was yummy and plentiful. I liked that we could sit inside or on the patio. I also liked the assigned parking, ensuring we would always be close to our room. The staff was extremely helpful and polite.

Although our room was nicely sized, there wasn't enough room for our 4 suitcases to be set up in areas that were not "trafficways". I felt like we were always dodging suitcases when moving about the room. I think this could be due to us having a balcony room - the balcony doors took up space where we would have normally set up our suitcases.

We asked for a breakfast bag instead of the actual breakfast (we wanted to go to the NP early in the morning) which was a bit disappointing because it consisted of two halfs of a bagel which didn’t appear fresh anymore(in my case one half bagel and one half of something else), peanut butter and jelly, an apple (nice on the outside, less nice on the inside) and a joghurt. As some people prefer something salty for breakfast, maybe they should ask if somebody wants a ham and cheese sandwich or something similar instead of peanut butter jelly…

The breakfast was good; plenty of choices. The location was good; close to everything we wanted to see. The guy at the desk, was very helpful. When I told him I had lost my sweatshirt, he went out of his way to help me. We would recommend this hotels to family and friends! We appreciated the fridge and microwave; very helpful.

Roomy rooms, clean, comfortable, parking spots assigned by room number, excellent well-stocked breakfast, nice jacuzzi, would recommend!

Dater balcony wasn’t private and balcony’s wood planks had nail pops, screen to balcony door didn’t slide nor close as it was partially off its tracks, price was a bit high, pool wasn’t heated-difficult to even enjoy on a hot day and evening

Great location in Estes Park. Breakfast was great. Bed comfortable. Room is spacious and clean. Staff was welcoming. Our room was ready early so that was a bonus. Jacuzzi is in a covered area so it was nice to enjoy even though it was raining. Planning a stay here again next month.
