The staff was absolutely fantastic. I had 2 reservations days apart but plans changed and they were able to accommodate me for the days In between during a busy holiday weekend. We stayed over July 4- the fireworks are right outside the hotel! Rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast is amazing! Great location! Hot tub was fantastic- clean and strong- wonderful after all that hiking!

Only thing that didn’t work for us (not their problem) was breakfast hours. Too late open for us early morning hikers and not late enough to catch it after the hike. Just suggest may be stay open until 10 (check out time). Breakfast was amazing the one day we were able to make it in time.

We originally had reservations at an establishment 1/4 mile down the road. We were not happy with 2 of their rooms, so we requested a refund and rebooked with Best Western. It was a much nicer room, but more than anything, it was CLEAN! Thank you for providing an excellent stay. Keep all your staff well compensated/rewarded and keep them!

There wasn't really anything we didn't like that was worth mentioning. It would be nice to have fried eggs or normal scrambled eggs as opposed to the overcooked baking pan eggs.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The beds were nice and the room amenities were logical and ergonomic. The 24/7 coffee mashing is worth an additional point on itself! We loved this. The pool was clean and pleasant to swim in! Overall, the experience was very good.

The two complaints I have is the breakfast, which is a very topical american collection of processed foods. The only good thing was the oatmeal and topping selection. No fresh veggies or cheese, or real clean food. The other issue was with the printing office. The computer in the lobby is very old, I mean very! My account wouldn't let me sign in because it was so outdated and insecure. The lobby staff assisted and printed what we needed.

The hotel was simple but exactly what we needed after long days of exploring Rocky Mountain National Park. The room and bathroom were clean, the staff was friendly, the location was convenient, the breakfast was actually really good, the room was cozy. They also accommodated an early check in, which was a game changer for us with arriving after an early flight. I know they probably can't always do that, but it was so kind. Would definitely stay again!

Nothing - it was great!

Location is excellent, just on the edge of town. Short drive to downtown /shopping/restaurants and RMNP. It has a walking path in front of the property that we used multiple times. We even saw some elk right across the street! The room was very clean, quiet and a good size. Great breakfast every morning with lots of options. Indoor pool is a good size and has a hot tub. Good views of the mountains from the property.

Pool was a bit too cold.

Probably one of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed in. Bathroom was well cleaned upon arrival and room was cleaned daily. Saw staff around the hotel actively cleaning, it was evident they take good care of the property. Rooms were comfortable and fairly large. Pool area was nice, especially after a day of hiking. Nice breakfast spread, with some variety day to day. Good home base for those visiting Rocky Mountain National Park.

I wish breakfast started just a little earlier, so we could have started our day in the park sooner.

The property was close to the Stanley Hotel and Estes Park. It had plenty of rooms. The breakfast was acceptable. There was no soft light to read by. I don’t sleep so I usually read or do number puzzles while my husband sleeps. The bedside lights were so bright and harsh I couldn’t use them. Also, one small half empty bottle of lotion for two people staying in a room is pretty sad… especially in Colorado’s very dry climate.

WOW to the breakfast!!!!!! Every possible choice for breakfast was provided and food was very good quality. Loved the pancake maker, yogurt choices, eggs and sausage, fruit and coffee. Thoughtfully done.

I sincerely cannot think of a single thing that could have been better. It was clear that this hotel carefully considered every possible way to make the traveller's stay as good as possible.

The hotel was attractive, the room was spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable, and the hot breakfast was very good. The location was convenient to the town of Estes Park and the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park.

I don't have any complaints about the stay at this hotel or our stay here. They had us checking out a day before we had planned to check out, and it took a while to straighten this out, but this could have been my problem and not the fault of the hotel.

The hotel was very nice, and the location was great. Breakfast was good — there were different options, though not as many as I expected from the reviews. The place was very clean. The bed could have been a bit more comfortable, but I would still stay here again
