The room was clean and provided the usual hotel room essentials. It's located close to all attractions and local businesses. The breakfast was good for a quick bite. We didn't really see staff except for check in and didn't see anyone behind the desk after that and a few cleaning ladies around but they were friendly.

The hotel could use some repairs and upgrades to the outside of the hotel. The torn carpet flooring should probably just be pulled up to help give it a less run down look. The bed was supposed to be queen but it felt more like a double but at least it was comfortable even with what we called tiny pillows.

Room was spacious. I love that the windows could be opened, prefer fresh air. Perfect location, not too close to downtown so not bothered by noise and traffic, but close enough to walk. Also close enough to National Park entrances so I was able to get there in a short time.

The carpet on stairs and upper floor walkway was ripped with big chunks sticking out. Tripping hazard. Carpet in the room was stained and sticky. TV remote did not work, had to wait for help as they was only one person working the desk. They really should have two people during the day.

Breakfast, albeit simple, had a decent variety. The only hot food served during our stay was sausage, eggs, and gravy, and the eggs and gravy were delicious. Cold dishes included yogurt and cereal. Breakfast sandwiches and bread for toast were available for cooking/toasting. The rooms themselves were a bit dated but very clean and had a good amount of space within. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the towels were soft. The shower had great pressure and heat. Overall we were very satisfied staying here.

The room reeked of bleach when we entered. We were able to air out the rooms with windows in the main room and bathroom, but it was incredibly strong.

Very large room. The jetted tub was the highlight, as it should be. Very clean, deep and a great view. The bed and linens and were fresh and clean and the couch was comfortable and the gas fireplace kept the room toasty. Having a fridge was a bonus and much appreciated. We had it stuffed with champagne, bottled water and leftovers. The bay window was huge and was so nice for sunset views. Loved the shower too. The shower head was mounted quite high, which means tall folks would enjoy it too.

The furniture was a little tired and scuffed, which is disappointing, but I really liked the large table by the bay window. I wish there was a remote or side switch to turn the fireplace on, so then you wouldn't have to keep the metal front half attached.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I had questions about using my fireplace and the man at the front desk didn't hesitate to personally come to my and my husband's room to help us turn it on. The Jacuzzi tub was so relaxing, and the view of the mountains was absolutely stunning! Breakfast was hearty and delicious - eggs, biscuits, sausage gravy, waffles, toast, muffins, cereals and many different types of drinks like water coffee, tea, milk and orange juice. We even had elk walk by the hotel in the morning. Gorgeous setting and exceptional experience!

Construction in front of the hotel was a hassle, but that's not the fault of the hotel. Everything else about the stay was exceptional!

although it was dated, it was clean and comfortable.

The free breakfast did not start until 7 AM. Selfishly, I would’ve benefited from breakfast being served earlier somewhere between six or 6:30 in the morning. I was here for a show at the fairgrounds and had to be there at 7 AM. It was reasonably priced for its location in Estes Park. If I could’ve taken advantage of the free breakfast, you would’ve got a 10 out of 10 for me. As it stands, I have no complaints about my stay other than this

Good location, clean room, adequate size, ample parking.

The breakfast was unfortunately “very sad”. We were only there for 3 breakfasts. The hot portion was the same each day. The eggs were watered down and almost flaky. I’m not sure they were real eggs. In the other hot sections were biscuits and a sort of beef gravy with specks of perhaps beef. It’s hard to know if these items were fresh daily or leftover each day. Most of the people I observed did not try it. For me, the bagels and cream cheese saved the day. There was sliced bread also. There were muffins and packages of tiny waffles that could be toasted. The cereal appeared fresh. Coffee and juice were available.

Easy access to the town, restaurants and the promised view of the mountains was nice. The beds were very comfortable, the heater was quiet, the shower water hot, and a good sized fridge, microwave and coffee pot in the room were very convenient.

Granted, we came off season. The public areas around the pool look like they could use a little work. Nothing major, but I spent some time on the patio by the pool while my family took a long nap. The patio chairs were in good shape but I did have to reposition around a few dips in the stones. As a plus there is a small basketball area and there was another family with young kids that enjoyed burning off some energy after a long car ride. Another family BBQd and had a great afternoon as well.

Fast check-in a half hour early. The room was very clean and nicely arranged. Loved seeing the elk from our room when we arrived and also first thing in the morning. It was a great stay. Loved the see thru gas fireplace. Nice touch. The LED lights in the showerhead was a cool touch. I also appreciate the cleaning lady helping me carry my cooler down the stairs when we were leaving. Very much appreciated and I also left a tip for her in the envelope.

The only bummer issue I had the whole stay was there was not enough hot water to fill up the spa tub in our room in the evening. That's why we took showers instead and noticed the cool lit up showerhead..

Good price, bathroom was spotless and shower head had excellent pressure, windows had screens, microwave and mini fridge — overall great place to stay to save money and still have what you need.

My bathroom window sis not lock/latch properly and I was on the first floor (make me paranoid being alone), the AC unit squealed when it was turned on so I could mot use, the floors needed a good mopping.
