We had great customer service throughout our stay. We liked the amenities of the restaurant, salon, pool, jacuzzi, gym and the cleanliness. The room had accommodations with safety box, refrigerator, extra large tv screen, updated interior room and a great view of the pool and lounge areas. I liked the fact that the inside and outside pools were attached to each other and the location of the hotel is five minute drive to billiards, restaurants, RID Museum and downtown events. The Marriott has a credit card that you can get promotions, points and gift cards.

We were told we had to pay 32.00 a day to park at facility, we had to wait until four to sign into hotel and there was not an option including breakfast, we had to pay for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Upgraded because original room didn’t have safe. New room was inferior in about 10 ways but didn’t feel like moving rooms again. Pool was crowded and full of screaming kids but it was a holiday weekend so expected.

Closet doors didn’t stay open, banged shut. Armchair in room was uncomfortable and lacked ottoman we had in original room. New room didn’t have tub, was smaller, fewer drawers, on level with parking lot, lacked small freezer in fridge we had in original room, front desk busy almost all the time, internet spotty,

Overall impressed with the hospitality from all staff and services at this hotel! I have not enjoyed staying at a hotel for sometime but this experience by far exceeded my expectations! Bed comfortable, staff were VERY friendly, patient, helpful and knowledge. Great space for families to enjoy and travel from!

The foilets flush loudly so you recognize when the room above finished their duty! Some soap dispensers were empty in shower but we managed until housekeeping came by in the morning. Otherwise we are still looking forward to returning!

The outside pool & sitting area was such a great surprise. I spent 2 hot days there and was able to be outside in the fresh air relaxing & swimming in the pool. This was my favorite amenity by far. It would be nice to find that the outdoor pool is open year round. This would definitely make my choice of where to stay very clear. Thank you for an amazing long weekend ( moved my daughter into college )

There were discounts for stats for parents that have children attending Brown College, Providence College but nothing for Johnson & Wales parents. A discount would be much appreciated and would allow me to visit my daughter more often. Thank you

it was a regular degular hotel place. nothing special but nice

the cleaning staff were so loud outside my room. slamming things and woke me up. continued for longer than seemed reasonable. the bartender was rude to me as well when I attempted to order something. really put a damper on my stay

Excellent condition. Very pleasant Staff.

The shower valve was closed so tight that I couldn't open it. Tried to call hotel staff for help, but no one answered. Had to get myself ready for a wedding but was unable to shower first. Eventually my husband was able to turn it on. But it was too late for me. I had to improvise.

The staff was very nice. It was my husbands birthday and they went above and beyond to make the stay special. Jonathan was great!

The pool had parts that didn’t look too clean.

Location was good when getting to and from downtown.

There was hair all over our shower walls and floor. Pretty gross. Beds were a bit too soft...some pillows were soft and flimsy, others were firm. Pool area could've been a little better kept.

The pool was lovely and so so warm! The restaurant is good and the staff overall was very nice and accommodating. Overall a really great day at the pool + overnight stay.

The room was a bit out of date, with a tattered shower curtain. The bathrooms near the pool could also use a refresh. Its a great hotel overall just a few cut corners that could add to the experience.

Room was beautiful and comfortable. Pool clean and warm. Staff friendly and helpful.

Bathroom sink needed maintenance. Barely running water. Breakfast should be included in your stay. $29 is a bit excessive.
