Beautiful barn in gorgeous location. Bed very comfortable. Tasteful decor. Lovely bathroom. Fabulous breakfast. The owner made a booking at the local pub for us which was very kind and the recommendation was excellent!!

Very hot which was not the owner's fault and they supplied a fan which we kept on all night. A sheet would have helped as the duvet was way too warm so we had to take the duvet cover off and sleep under that!! A couple of bottles of water in the fridge would have been a nice touch on such a warm day but that would not stop us from returning!!

Everything! It was scrupulously clean, amazing to have fresh milk along with the tea, coffee etc so I could have coffee. Lovely homely feel and friendly owners gave a wonderfully relaxed feel to the place. Comfiest beds we’d ever slept on. Great shower in the en-suite bathroom which was a really good size. Private front door off a courtyard to our room so no noise from any other residents. It was just a lovely stay, amazing value, we’d absolutely return in the future.

Sam's communications were timely, location was less than 15 minutes to Silverstone Race Circuit for an event we were attending. The farm was quiet with all facilities we needed. Sam kindly accommodated a request for takeaway breakfast rolls which was much appreciated,

Have stayed before a few years ago - service is still great. Quiet location for a good nights sleep. About 8minutes to Silverstone so ideal for us. Courtyard parking for our cars. Flexible owners arranged an early full breakfast. Tea, coffee and milk in a fridge. Great size shower room.

Nothing. I was so pleased they had availability the night before our track day - a quality B&B at reasonable prices.

Sam was very helpful and friendly. She came out to greet us as we arrived and explained the layout clearly to us. We requested a packed breakfast to go as we were leaving early the following morning, and that was no issue at all. Delicious bacon and egg sandwiches and a bottle of orange juice, perfect! The room was super clean and the bed was very comfortable indeed. Location wise, you couldn't get much better. Silverstone Circuit is only a 15 min drive away and there is a nice local pub within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

Handley Barn certainly exceeded my expectations. Such kind and friendly hosts, a fully equipped room (even a toaster, fridge (with fresh milk), microwave, and biscuits). Everything was spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable with an enormous bed. Wonderful indulgent breakfast from Sam, and all in the most beautiful setting. I would highly recommend staying at Handley Barn.

The only improvement would have been to stay for a week rather than just one night. The next time I'm in the area I will definitely be heading back.

Super host, excellent location, the breakfast we were served was delicious and excellent value for money, very confortable beds and great shower room.

It was the F1 weekend and unfortunately the village was closed to external traffic hence, once the Silverstone Gran Prix was over, we had to walk for some silly amount of time (over one hour!) to get back to our room, yet, the host went above and beyond our expectations when offered to get us to the circuit before the race started. Well impressed

Outstanding property. Very comfortable and spotlessly clean . Really well thought out to from fresh milk in the fridge to biscuits in jar rather than those annoying individual plastic wrapped ones . Breakfast was lovely as well and gluten free catered for . Stayed as break in our journey to Somerset and appreciated the peace away from traffic for a while.

Sam and George were really welcoming, the room was a great size with and huge bed. With all the little extras including refrigerator, microwave, toaster, tea/coffee, selection of Biscuits, shower gel, extra power adapters. They had thought of everything you may need.. the room was exceptionally clean. The following morning we had a cooked breakfast made in front of us in their lovely Barn House.

I arrived late and was greeted by Sam with a smile. She showed me to my room and explained that due to the current hot weather she had closed the windows and curtains and provided a fan. The room was clean and presentable with everything you would expect.

The room was extremely hot due to the warm weather and even though I had opened the windows when I arrived and had the fan on, I couldn't get the temperature down to a comfortable level. The bed had a thick duvet on which made the situation worse when trying to sleep in the heat. I know there would be a cost involved but if the owners could consider fitting air conditioning I would be encouraged to stay here more often for work when I am in the area.
