Potable water-if you can’t drink the water you MUST provide drinkable water. A basic humane thing to do. Also better food availability, the EZ mart a disgrace for even the basics. Also, clean the beach areas around the covered seating. More umbrellas on the sand too.

Antigua village was lovely, very peaceful and super relaxing. The villa and terrace were superb and the kitchen was very well stocked (often self catering have bare minumum kitchenettes). The location right on the beach was amazing and the staff on site were super friendly and helpful.

The hotel is on the beach and you can take a long walk on or along the beach passing in front of different hotels as all beaches in Antigua and Barbuda are public. The rooms and facilities are dated, but well maintained and clean. Some updates, such as TV, toilet and shower have been done. My room had fully equipped with kitchen. You can therefore cook comfortably. A convenience store and a supermarket are nearby, especially the former is right across the street. The staff was efficient. There are no hotels in the hotel premises, but two restaurants are so close that they are practically the hotel's restaurants. One of the offer breakfast.

The reception is somewhat limited. It is open from 8:30am - 4:00pm and you can of course expect full operation during those hours. But only the security guards cover the reception work outside those hours and what they can do is limited. As the reception business hours can be too short for those need something during early or late hours of the day, I found this limitation somewhat inconvenient, though not completely unmanageable.

Great place literary on a gorgeous beach. Appartements are great and staff were very supportive and friendly. Restaurants are few steps away with good foods and great locations as well.

Restaurants nearby are somewhat a bit expensive

The location was amazing. We were right on the beach with our private yard to sit and sun and then just steps to get down into the water. At night we left the windows on the oceanside open and all you heard was the waves all night. It was ideal. We were walking distance to several beach bars (one floating in the ocean which is the place to be) and a couple restaurants.

This is a busy beach so there are people able to see into the condo from pretty close, but that's the price you pay for being right up against the beach. If we were staying longer we would have wanted to do a substantial grocery run as the restaurants nearby have very slow service and pricey, though that is to be expected on the island.

Situated in very well maintained gardens the Antigua Village Resort was an ideal location to tour and see the island The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned daily and new towels supplied as and when requested. Complex was quiet with free Wi-Fi and car parking I would recommend to couples and families alike.

Our room was slightly dated and needs new bedside draws and a full length mirror, but other than that it was great

It was clean close to the beach. The pool was a freshwater pool. The rooms had everything you needed. The kitchens were fully stocked with all utensils a lovely outside sitting area very quiet and peaceful. The staff was absolutely wonderful. The services for massage were terrific. I can’t say enough about the staff. The grounds were absolutely immaculate. Can’t wait to stay there again

A few of the pans in the room should’ve been upgraded. The Teflon was peeling off the pans.

Location and staff were excellent. Place was clean and had most everything we needed. Grounds were beautiful and well maintained. Felt like you were in paradise.

The drain for the showers were not the best so you did end up standing in water. Patio door was hard to lock and unlock from the outside. The side of the frame made it difficult to turn. Showers closer to the beach so you could wash off the sand would be great. Some units had a tub that could be used to wash off the sand off your feet. We did not have one

Next to beach. The beach view apartments are very nice. A small store in the property is convenient. Taxis easily available. Staff is helpful. Close to St. John. $4 per person for shuttle, 10 min away.

These are individually owned apartments. If you are lucky , you get a one that is upgraded and well maintained. We had two apartments. The one where kids stayed was nicely upgraded , but ours was dated. The restaurant next door was priced on the higher side.

Beachfront location is perfect, full kitchen facilities, sun chairs. Taxis always available at the front, to take you anywhere. We were upgraded from a studio to a villa upon arrival.

A number of the suites/villas are owned and lived in privately, so there is a small community of retirees who will take possession of many of the beach chairs by putting their towels down and reserving chairs for each other.
