The hotel is great if you want a nice, quiet and affordable stay on Granada. Mr Gupta and his wife were incredibly nice and helpful. We had use of the kitchen (which use to serve the restaurant Mr Gupta use to run alongside the hotel) and having a pool was great to cool off. Room was clean and comfortable.

Wish you didn’t have to pay extra for the air con as Granada is very hot! But this is pretty typical for Nicaragua we found, and didn’t ruin our stay to not use it. We were actually given an extra fan without asking which was really nice

We booked 3 rooms for our family of 5 adults and stayed for 1 night only. The hotel owner was very kind. He stayed up for our late arrival, gave us lots of useful information about Granada and stored our luggage for a few hours after checkout. The pool looked inviting but we didn't have time to use it. We paid an extra $10/room to use the air conditioner. It cooled the room well and was well worth the money. This is a clean budget hotel in a great location, available for a fair price.

The wifi worked well in public areas but not in our guest rooms. While two of our three rooms were on the ground floor with a window that opened to the pool area, one of the rooms was on the second floor and had no window in the bedroom or bathroom.

We have visited over 50 countries and stayed in very many hotels and hostels. This is one of the, if not the best we have stayed in. Mr Gupta and his wife are absolutely charming and go out of their way to ensure your comfort and enjoyment not just of the hotel but of Granada as a whole. The hotel is an oasis of peaceful tranquility and the pool is a godsend. The beds are unbelievably comfortable....all new mattresses, the type which mean when you roll over your partner doesnt move to. The use of a very well equipped kitchen and a very pleasant dining area means that you don't have to pay to eat out every meal. We didn't pay extra for air con as the fan was very good and due to the layout it was absolutely safe enough to sleep with the window and door open. We thoroughly recommend.

Impeccable service! Mr Gupta will take care of everything. Book your tours, taxis etc thru him. It’s the best deal and everything happiness without any issues. The property is quiet and clean. But a quick walk to restaurants - and it’s on the main cobble street with restaurants and patios. You can bring any food in and eat it poolside. And the kitchen is clean and organized with all that you need to prepare your own food. The pool is lovely also.

Everything was nice and worked well, mainly because the owner (and staff) were professional, effective and good people. Good tips on everything in and out of the city. Shared kitchen worked well and there were good spaces for a bit of socialising as well

Room was basic, smallish and the air didnt change much. So it was hot without a/c - consider paying the extra 10 bucks for fresh and cool air. .

Had a wonderful stay, great staff and location. The pool was amazing to cool off. You can put things in the main fridge which was really nice. Mr Gupta was really helpful with information and recommendations. The cleaner was brilliant, everything was kept so clean

Would be good to have a shower curtain as the shower was quite splashy

It is a nice place which is located in the pedestrian street where there are lots of places to eat and in the quiet end, so that you are not bothered by the loud music from discos and noisy bars. There is a beautiful pool and the sweetest Indian owner and his family run the place. He will be happy to help you with any questions you have about finding your way around/places you want to see. I can highly recommend this place, and would gladly come back for this overnight stay.

Super nice host who is always there for you if you have any questions. It's also very useful that he speaks perfect English, because unfortunately our Spanish isn't that good yet. Very lovingly decorated with lots of plants and it just looks very nice. I love their plants🤗.

A mini minus, there is hardly any storage space for things. But if you ask for hangers, you get some. And unfortunately there is no mosquito net.

This hotel is a very chilled and atmospheric, but also calm one. If you don't want to stay in the crowded part of the city center, this hotel is perfect. It is still very central/ you need about 5 min. to the plaza central, it is placed in the calmer part of Calle Calzada. We really enjoyed talking to the owner and his family, they are all very kind. They offer really good and welcoming service and can answear you every question about the city.

The mattress was not the best, we have felt the springs on some parts of it. We would have liked the pool a little cleaner, but thats a high -level wish.

This was my second stay at this little hotel, and I was not disappointed. The location is perfect, a few minutes by foot from the central plaza, the building is charming, the pool refreshing, the rooms are nice and very clean, and of course, the amiability of the owner, Mr Gupta, and his family is legendary.
