Staff was amazing especially lady name Patience. As we walked in there was an amazing gentleman as well welcoming us -could not capture the name. He rushed a d helped with our laguage and welcome us but this gentleman is very good and shows us that he is doing the job from the heart ❤️- can o ly identify him as he is big bodied. Thanks to these 2 staff .members made our stay comfortable.

Struggle either key activation have to go up and down several times to have access key sorted.

The location is perfect. We had a very nice, quiet room that was spacey. Reception was kind and polite, as well as the cleaners. When we come back to Harrare, we will definitely choose New Ambassador again!

The buffet, all inclusive breakfast that cost sth around 20$ was not worth the money at all. The sweet bakery was hard and old. There was no cheese or ham etc. All the food was packed in foils and the personnel was very reserved to unpack it for us. The food that was served didnt match the price paid, at all. The personnel that day was very unprofessional and it took them a long time to even prepare the eggs etc. It is far more advantageous to order a cheaper breakfast variant.

The bartender gave us good service

They charged others 65 dollars B n B and charged us 85 dollars BnB we were forced to forego breakfast because we were treated differently. Honestly I didn't like it

Staff tried to get everything right. Breakfast was good. Nice large room.

Wifi played up but got fixed. Cold shower water one night. No butter or good jam at breakfast - but it was very good otherwise. A takeaway breakfast never appeared.

I didn’t get my receipt in the name of my company. There said my receipt should come in the name of booking.com and in that way I can’t justify the funds in my company

Was given a delux room, it had more space and our second visit was superb than the previous visit.the wifi connected and we had hot water thought out our stay

Only the bathroom was not clean and it had stains on the walls like blood.scary they must change the carpet

The building, windows and rooms are so tired. Could do with a bit of renovations. Could have done with a bath especially when you’ve been travelling for more than 20 hours. A nice relaxed bath would have been nice.

Comfortable stay, spacious rooms and good value for money. In central business distict hence close to all amenities. 3 minute walk to everything, banks, restaurants, just behind the president's offices as well hence quite safe

I liked taking time in the bath tab with hot water which was always available
