Oasis Hotel was one of the most comfortable accommodation I ever had. Rooms were kept clean at all times! Staff was very welcoming, kind and helpful whenever I needed their help! Their shuttle service staff - especially Hillary, was a family member away from our family members! Never met someone so helpful! God Bless Hillary and keep him safe until we meet again!!! To all the staff: a million thanks! I will use Oasis Hotel again because of you and Hillary! A million 😃

Steps to the 3rd floor was challenging 1st day but enjoyed 'climbing' thereafter.

Lovely hotel close to the centre of Harare. The building itself is a bit dated, but main spaces and rooms have been renovated. Staff are good-humoured and responsive. The gym (always a priority for me) is great - not fancy, but done by somebody who knows what a good gym needs. Breakfast buffet is ample but not very exciting, dinner menu is limited but meals are large and filling. The hotel driver, Hillary, is exellent - friendly, interested, helpful. Can recommend this place!

The food was fresh and good. The place was convenient because of its proximity to my work place. i walked to and from work avoiding the traffic madness.

When i made the booking i followed it up with a phone call to confirm certain issues like, is the USD 100 Bed and Breakfast and if i could pay for the stay in ZWL and the answer was in the affirmative and i even asked about the rate and was told ZWL 130000. when i arrived iam now told iam booked only for bed excluding breakfast and if i need breakfast i must now pay ZWL 140000 after a struggle of back and forth consultations. i was exhausted from the long drive and the least i expected was to be inconvenienced. i had to pay extra an amount i had not budgeted for. Generally the senior staff were not welcoming as they did not greet.

Was overcharged than when I booked via booking.com. Was constantly asked about paying fir breakfast, every morning when I had specific booking for bed and breakfast 😴

Ample parking spaces were available and the staff were very friendly and courteous. I had a porter who carried my bags from the car to my room which was an added welcome.

My room was not cleaned on Sunday, and my bags were not collected on departure. I struggled to work out my air conditioning; no one came to assist me even though they had said someone was coming.

The manager on duty went out of his way to try and locate my computer which I had left in Lusaka business lounge. He allowed me to use his phone to ring Zambia, which enabled me to be assured m computer was safe. The extra mile!

I sent a message via booking.com to have someone meet me at the airport but it didn't happen. At least the hotel shuttle going back to the airport was cheaper than my original taxi

I love the power outlets- they catered for all sorts of plugs

Serving at the restaurant was a bit slow

The room was clean

Their coffee shop is too small. So as you work you have others sitting too close to you.

Enviroment is very friendly. The Breakfast was fine variety is always Great

My Dinner was cold and The Vegetable Soup was not upto Standard,maybe because there was no Buffet on that particular day

Breakfast too expensive
