The breakfast buffet was excellent 👌. Delicious food. The rooms are spacious. The staff are helpful , they answer any question that is asked . They are always smiling the elevators are secure . It always feels safe when you are there . The surrounding is beautiful. Rainbow towers is so unique one of the most beautiful hotels in the world .I left my credit card in the bar one of the staff munashe picked up and gave it to me the next day . I asked what I could do for him he said nothing. I was so proud of him . Honesty is a key factor at rainbow towers.

I received an upgrade to a suite without asking. Both check in was quick and very efficient. everyone very friendly and helpful. Swimming pool staff were happy to delay cleaning 30 minutes so that I could finish swim training. Good elevator security.

Service of food in the lounge bar and in room was very slow.

Always wanted to stay here since I was a little girl. The hotel is still a beautiful gold outside, gardens are well kept. Pool area very nice

No food variety. And the lobby looks like a scene from a zombie movie. No kiosks, shops in the lobby or good sitting areas when you enter. Doesn’t feel homely

Internet, safety, power, facilities and staff mostly top tier.

Old gym can use major upgrade, pool was closed so I couldn't use, the elevators are slow, and staff was snippy with getting change and not wanting to break lower bills. Also bathroom could use mold removal and larger TVs in room.

The rooms were recently renovated. The staff were very polite and welcoming after the duty manager held discussions with them all.

We started off our stay on the wrong foot. However, Samantha (Duty Manager) very quickly rectified the issues of concern.

It's too public for political people most of whom are not ethical to holidaymakers and have a carefree attitude on facility usage.

The welcome...there no welcoming porters until you get to the reception area. There's need to have porters to welcome visitors regardless of whether they are local or external

The first room we were given on the 6th floor was unacceptable, the bathroom very dirty, floors sticky as if they were not mopped for a long time. Outside the room on the hallway, it was flooded with water leaking from the ceiling. We had to complain and were eventually moved to the 12th floor where the room was much much better. If the hotel did not offer another room, we were prepared to look for another hotel for our stay.

I did not have the breakfast. The room was very clean and comfortable, cleaned on a daily basis. Some of the staff were helpful.

As a traveller and need safety for my documents and valuables can more safes be provided in rooms. I was not happy staying without a safe in my room. Reception staff could do better by being more helpful and polite.

Most of the staff are friendly and helpful . The food is tasty, and plentiful. Cleaners not in my way. I am a pescatarian and I found lots of food to eat in buffets usually when I travel that is difficult to find food which I enjoy eating

Some of the staff, few, were not helpful when asked for help. Empty fridge except for water. Waiting for an elevator for a long time when in a hurry

spacious room (twin room) , clean. comfortable beds.

just one set of towels for twin room. breakfast and dinner unreasonably expensive ($33- per person) bottle of sparkling water $ 5. fluctuating electricity, but I guess it's normal in Africa.
