Stephen Margolis is about a 40 minute drive from Robert Gabriel International. I landed late in the night but they were able to accommodate me with ease. I had arranged a shuttle service with them beforehand and found the whole check in process seamless. The room was a standard Double room, which was clean and comfortable, had running hot water and amenities etc. The Staff are very friendly and welcoming, they made my 2 day stay feel very special. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful, well kept and clean.

On my first day I tried to make an order for Dinner at around 17:30 but couldn't get anyone on the number provided, I went to reception to place my order but the reception staff also had trouble getting the person in charge of the kitchen on the phone. It is noted that the kitchen closes at 9 on the pamphlet in the room so didnt think it would be an issue. There were also no restaurants nearby, so thank God I had packed some ready oats and had a kettle in my room. WiFi connection can vary as you walk around the grounds but thats expected as the grounds are massive. There is a small outdoor pool but it does need a clean, but other than that there isn't anything majorly wrong with the resort. I would go back again and again.

Did not include breakfast in my plan. But I loved the quiet. The environment is good for walks, rooms are well cleaned and well kept and the staff is welcoming and helpful.

The door in between some rooms makes the experience weird as you're able to hear everything from the next room and vice versa.

Great place for a retreat and refocusing with no distractions. They have invested a lot of thought into the property. I loved it.

Water pressure was low. They said I could have asked for them to switch on the pump. The directions by Google maps led me in bad bad roads. Please check and be sure you use the main roads only. Then the working desks were too low and not comfortable.

First day the room was well prepared with soaps, towels and lotions. Second day towels were taken, no soaps lotions etc. Infact the room was. left with nothing. We wanted more days but has to cut short because there were no toiletries. We used room Mango5

There are numerous activities, and its a location closer to the CBD.

The first night, I bathed using cold water as the hot water in the shower was not coming out, and the second day it was sorted, but it had no pressure until we checked out.

The rooms were very clean and neat. Staff was professional and responded promptly to needs.

Hot water system was an issue, could not balance between hot and cold. The shower water was either hot or cold which was making it difficult and uncomfortable.

Quiet, neat and clean plus running water Staff were lovely especially the lady and gentleman in reception on Sunday the 12th of May 2024 they were so courteous and patient

It was clean, quiet and the security was excellent.

The cold water was not coming out and had to make do with the hot water only. There was no toothpaste, no tea , no milk just coffee and coffee creamer. Apart from that , it’s a good place.

The Management, staff and the owner himself are such lovely people!!

I liked everything about this place what a very nice private place to stay !

THE ROOMS WERE AMAZING - COMFORTABLE AND VERY CLEAN, THE ATMOSPHERE, THE LANDSCAPE - BREATH TAKING, LOOKED THE ARTWORKS ON THE ROCKS.
