I stayed in this hotel completely unplanned for 17 nights during one of the most difficult periods of my life, so I have gotten to know its ins and outs very well, as well as the admirable work ethics of the staff. This hotel has everything a guest can ask for, and even more: starting from the gorgeous scenic view of the neighbouring streets and mountains from the upper floors through the tasty local delicacies served in the restaurant to the classy indoor pool and a fitness centre in the basement. I was overwhelmed by the genuine cordiality, committed service, and eagerness to please present among every single member of the staff, from the housekeeping units all the way up to the hotel managers. Particularly helpful, kind, and outgoing were Aizat, Azel, Chingiz, Samat, Islam, Samira, Aliya, Kani, Bulbul and Jannat. Needless to say, my room was impeccable in every respect. Absolute value for money!

Everything about this hotel is 5 stars.The rooms are very quiet, clean, and as comfortable as a 5 star hotel. The restaurant is incredible. Breakfast is a large variety for every culture visiting. I stayed for 7 days and ate lunch amd breakfast there most of time. The chef is phenomenal. The flavors and portions of every meal were impressive. The restaurant was also a 5 star experience. The fitness center, sauna and massage services were also exceptional. Though the hotel is about 20 minutes from the city center, it is well worth staying here and using the Yandexgo app for taxi service. I recommend Garden Hotel and Spa to all Bishkek visitors. It's an excellent hotel.

Our 2nd stay at the hotel and to be honest I was so excited to share my review about the experience which was even more memorable because of really amazing front desk agents Kairat and Samat! They did their best to ensure we enjoyed our stay and it would be on the highest level of comfort. Previous stay was handled by girls, but male team really impressed us! Guys were super friendly, prompt with their answers and actions (booking for spa, transfer arrangement, lunch box preparation etc), were truly warm and genuinely helpful and live with their positive attitude. ( I used to work at hospitality and know what it takes to make your guest delighted) I am a big lover of cheesecake and their gesture of compliment piece of my favorite dessert was truly appreciated. Just want to add few more words regarding hotel itself. The room has everything you might need during your stay. If you have some work, it has a comfortable desk with a chair, with 2different light lamps. Hygienic shower hose was very appreciated as well, which was missed in other hotels during our vacation. Spacious bathroom with additional mirror was liked by me:) I can see that some tourists mentioned the location was too far from city center, but for us opposite it was an advantage! Enjoyed Mountain View, fresh air and we were closer to our other destinations. And last but not least, thanks to Nura for amazing massage with exceptional head one🙌🏻 If we are back to Kyrgyzstan, this hotel will be the only option we will choose! Ребята, спасибо большое!

Well done for the owner for giving work to personnel and letting them do their job well without giving some pressure. Bottles of water was provided as much as needed. Shower amenities are great, all linen, towels were super clean, fresh and white. In few days, we are going to stay in same hotel. We are looking forward to.

The rooms were sparkling clean. We have appreciated we were offered complimentary water in the room. The breakfast was good, with a wide variety so we could chose local and international options.

The pool wasn't heated. During the first evening, there were 2 families with 6 kids, screaming and jumping in the pool, not appropriate for a SPA environment, even though it is mentioned on the walls that this is forbidden. Since this was close to the end of pool opening times, we didn't complain. The next day, we had a great experience.

I stayed for 4 nights at this hotel. Unfortunately before arrival I was very sick with an infection and needed a place to recoup. The hotel went above and beyond to help me during my stay. Through organizing a doctor, sending someone to translate, getting me medication at the pharmacy and sending food outside of breakfast hours, the entire staff were exceptional. I would 100% recommend staying here for the hospitality and kindness alone.

It was a bit far out of the city, but away from the hustle and bustle and in a safe neighbourhood

I seem to have a double reservation at two sites with the same name. The staff did a very good job, cancelling the wrong hotel reservation without fine as well as securing a new reservation in the right place. Thank you SHRBAT and other colleagues. Having a shattaf in the WC is convenient for Arab tourists. The food's taste and freshness exceeded expectations.

Comfortable rooms, attentive staff. When something did go wrong, the main reception staff were quick to fix it.

Security of the changing room lockers needs to be better. My key could open other lockers but not mine, for example. I informed the main reception because the staff at the spa did not seem bothered.
