I stayed in this hotel completely unplanned for 17 nights during one of the most difficult periods of my life, so I have gotten to know its ins and outs very well, as well as the admirable work ethics of the staff. This hotel has everything a guest can ask for, and even more: starting from the gorgeous scenic view of the neighbouring streets and mountains from the upper floors through the tasty local delicacies served in the restaurant to the classy indoor pool and a fitness centre in the basement. I was overwhelmed by the genuine cordiality, committed service, and eagerness to please present among every single member of the staff, from the housekeeping units all the way up to the hotel managers. Particularly helpful, kind, and outgoing were Aizat, Azel, Chingiz, Samat, Islam, Samira, Aliya, Kani, Bulbul and Jannat. Needless to say, my room was impeccable in every respect. Absolute value for money!

Everything about this hotel is 5 stars.The rooms are very quiet, clean, and as comfortable as a 5 star hotel. The restaurant is incredible. Breakfast is a large variety for every culture visiting. I stayed for 7 days and ate lunch amd breakfast there most of time. The chef is phenomenal. The flavors and portions of every meal were impressive. The restaurant was also a 5 star experience. The fitness center, sauna and massage services were also exceptional. Though the hotel is about 20 minutes from the city center, it is well worth staying here and using the Yandexgo app for taxi service. I recommend Garden Hotel and Spa to all Bishkek visitors. It's an excellent hotel.

The bed was super comfortable, and the views from the window were just beautiful. The facilities were top-notch too; the gym was well-equipped, and the pool area was perfect for relaxing after a busy day. They also had a special New Year breakfast buffet that had all of my holiday favorites like: Christmas cookies, various cold cuts, and hot chocolate. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again!

The rooms were sparkling clean. We have appreciated we were offered complimentary water in the room. The breakfast was good, with a wide variety so we could chose local and international options.

The pool wasn't heated. During the first evening, there were 2 families with 6 kids, screaming and jumping in the pool, not appropriate for a SPA environment, even though it is mentioned on the walls that this is forbidden. Since this was close to the end of pool opening times, we didn't complain. The next day, we had a great experience.

I stayed for 4 nights at this hotel. Unfortunately before arrival I was very sick with an infection and needed a place to recoup. The hotel went above and beyond to help me during my stay. Through organizing a doctor, sending someone to translate, getting me medication at the pharmacy and sending food outside of breakfast hours, the entire staff were exceptional. I would 100% recommend staying here for the hospitality and kindness alone.

It was a bit far out of the city, but away from the hustle and bustle and in a safe neighbourhood

Comfortable rooms, attentive staff. When something did go wrong, the main reception staff were quick to fix it.

Security of the changing room lockers needs to be better. My key could open other lockers but not mine, for example. I informed the main reception because the staff at the spa did not seem bothered.

My stay at Garden Hotel & Spa was truly fantastic! The staff went above and beyond: a young man named Askar welcomed me with a big smile and even offered to help organise skiing at the nearby ZIL ski base. More than that, he actually accompanied me and gave me a tour around the city the next day. This is something exceptional. The rest of the staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful. Many spoke good English, which made the stay even more comfortable. The room was spacious, with a very comfortable bed and pillows and heated floors in the bathroom. The restaurant had great food, and I ate there for dinner both nights. The breakfast had many options, the gym was small but well stocked with weights and equipments, and the spa section was functional. A warm, humid sauna and bright steam room, and decently cool pool to refresh between sauna sessions. Lastly, the view is one of the best in Bishkek. I was created with a mountain view in the morning and it just made my stay even more magical. If I'm ever in Bishkek again, this will be the only hotel I stay at or recommend to friends.

Towels weren't in the room when I arrived and disappeared after cleaning my second day. The service was prompt to bring new ones but it would have been nice to have them, and a robe, from the start.

The food.. the place the spa is also good ( the warm water is good) there's just an exemption

The spa is good.. I just hope that you could set time for spa.. because as women we cannot use the spa when there are men. Usually in spa places women and men are separated. So when I went tonthe spa.. I saw 3 men there.. I just left and didn't use the spa.

We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel was very clean and had great accommodations. The breakfast every morning is amazing. The staff is so nice and friendly. Communication with the staff has been great as our first language is English. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We highly recommend!
