Breakfast? Didn’t know it was offered. Loved the modern decor, the bed was a cloud, the view was exquisite, the tv/fireplace, romantic, the marshall audio system really cool, easy in and out of the beautiful river, perfect!

Another set of hooks, to hang more belongings due to lack of closet. And some kind of wooden or plastic pole to draw the curtains open & shut. And would have preferred a coffee pod brewer instead of espresso brewer.

Really lovely unique decor, looks just like the photos. The private balcony overlooking the river was also beautiful. We wish we could come back in sunnier weather to enjoy all the nature and views. Location is good - enough parking and then a quick drive (free parking in town) or 10mins walk to the town center which we loved

There is no shared space at all - just the bedrooms, which we didn’t realize.

Beautiful, clean and very comfortable location. Fabulous view from the balcony. Great spa tub. Steep, but easy walk down to their private river access. Since I was visiting during a heatwave, I chose to enjoy a morning swim which was the highlight of my trip! The breakfast taco was great and convenient, added for a minimal fee.

just a personal preference: didn't like the saloon-style doors between the tub and sink/toilet.

The location was beautiful. The room was very clean and comfortable. Every room has an amazing view of the river from a balcony. It was quaint and peaceful. I will stay there again.

There weren't tons of amenities, it's a pretty small place. I wish there had been a shelf in the shower to set my toiletries and there were no countertops in the bathroom. Definitely not deal killers.

The property is under construction so be prepared to hear construction during the day but it wasn’t too bad No elevator lots of stairs if you are on the second floor makes it hard to manage your luggage up all those stairs

We really loved our stay here. The place was beautiful and the location was everything. Literally right on the river like photos show and walking distance to food and shops. The room stayed so nice and cool in spite of the INSANE heat outside. Bed was incredibly comfy. Staff was so warm and welcoming.

Parking is a bit weird right now, BUT they are renovating rooms, and we did have a place to park. It was just a little snug.

great location, friendly service. All adults too, which was amaaaazing!!! even them being 100% booked, it was so quiet and pleasant, no screaming kids ruining our stay. the balconies are wonderful to sit on in the morning. super cute rooms and easy access to the Guadalupe river. walking distance to many great local gruene attractions. would definitely stay again! oh and the jacuzzi tub was awesome too.

absolutely no drapes in the room, there are blinds but not so great for sleeping in. really need to invest in some blackout curtains! the breakfast is also eh, you pay 5$ a person for one little taco and maybe some pastries if you’re lucky (the people before you haven’t taken them all and the person monitoring breakfast is feeling generous/paying attention). you’ll leave for your day feeling hungry and will probably have to go buy extra breakfast anyway so skip it. they really should offer a little more if you’re going to bother offering a breakfast at all, otherwise don’t bother and just recommend local breakfast spots to people that stay.

This property is walking distance to everything in Gruene. The rooms are cute and super clean. It is being renovated now and I can’t wait to see the new rooms! The lady at the front desk that runs the property during the day is super helpful and very nice! We will definitely be back!

The Inn is a perfect place to stay if visiting the city of Gruene. The Inn is clean with nice rusric decor. All rooms have a riverview and walking distance to all activities, restaurants, and shops. Breakfast is served for a small fee in the nice dining area. Staff was very helpful and welcoming.
