The hotel is beautiful, clean and comfortable. The sunbeds were always free round the pool and it was very peaceful. The room was immaculate, beds comfortable and we absolutely loved our stay here. The owners were wonderful and had the perfect balance of always being around if needed but without being overbearing. We loved chatting to them and hearing about their lives. They can’t do enough for you and recommended great bars, restaurants and places to hire a car. The location is right by the bus stop, shops and restaurants with only a short walk to a lovely beach. Highly recommended

Perfect hotel with well-kept, pretty gardens surrounding it. Lovely and relaxing pool area with a mountain view and enough sunbeds for everyone. Spotlessly clean and fresh smelling everywhere. Location was great and within a 5-10 minute walk to the beach, with restaurants, shops and delicious bakery even closer. Super lovely and friendly owners that went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Simply the best and most relaxing stay we could have wished for. Nothing to fault at all. Lots of happy memories from this holiday - we will definitely be staying here again!

Nothing - just perfect!

We have travelled extensively worldwide and this lovely little hotel is one of the best accommodations we have ever stayed in. Adults only which is a bonus for us. The hosts Spiros and his wife Hiroko are lovely people and they do their utmost best to make you feel special in their lovely hotel. Our room was cleaned every day with clean bedding and towels. We have never had that before in Greece. The bathroom was lovely with a shower and shower curtain-again rarely seen in Greece. Situated very near to the main beach--approx 300 yards walk and many restaurants. The room was very quiet at night. Pool towels are provided and the swimming pool is amazing with 2 Jacuzzis too. We HIGHLY recommend this lovely hotel.

Everything was great!!!

This hotel is absolutely perfect in every way. It’s clear why it is so highly rated. It’s very clean and very well maintained every day. The cleaning staff are friendly and accommodating to your needs. Despite me and my partner regularly sleeping in late in to the morning, the cleaners were very patient and made sure our room was cleaned every day whilst we were out and didn’t put any pressure on us to be out by any time. The room itself was an ideal size and had everything we needed. We slept well every night and couldn’t hear a thing from outside. The flowers outside the hotel are beautiful and the pool area is such a peaceful/quiet place to relax with a stunning backdrop of the mountain behind the hotel too. The location is so convenient. Lots of very nice bars/restaurants nearby. Just a short 5 minute walk to Perissa beach and there is a bus stop right outside the hotel which makes it really easy to visit the other areas of the island (e.g Fira/Oia). The hosts, Spiros and Hiroko, are the kindest, loveliest and most helpful hotel hosts we have ever met. They are so friendly and always smiling. They gave us excellent advice and recommendations and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. They really made our stay extra special. To summarise, if you are looking for somewhere to stay in Santorini and this hotel is available on the dates you are visiting- congratulations, you have found the perfect place to stay and you will not be disappointed. If we ever come back to Santorini, we would not consider staying anywhere else.

Both Sprios and Hiroko were amazing hosts. Both of them would ask how you were and about your day when they saw you at the hotel, and they would give some great recommendations regarding what to see and where to eat. They were both such friendly people, fully invested in ensuring you had a great trip. The rooms were nice and clean, with a mini fridge, tv with many different channels, as well as air-conditioning. All in all, there's not anything negative to be said about my husband's and my stay at the hotel.

Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Lovely pool area with immaculately kept pool and beautiful plants. Spiros and Hiroko were so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. They were always on hand if we needed anything but also left us to our privacy. We had evening flights on the way home and they looked after our bags and even let us have a shower before setting off so we could enjoy our last day on the beach after checking out. 10 minute walk to the beach and our favourite bar, Tranquilo. Highly recommend this hotel.

Nothing to complain about at all. A full length mirror in our room is the only thing I can think of that would have improved things. But that's hardly a big issue. Other than that - perfect!

We loved our stay at Spiros & Hiroko hotel! Spiros and Hiroko were the most welcoming, most helpful and kindest hosts and we felt warmly welcome. We especially loved the pool area, which was super clean and calm and we had plenty of space to enjoy the sun loungers. Our room was really cute and clean, exactly like the photos and we had a lovely balcony where we could eat our morning pastry from the nearby bakery ☺️ The location was really good, Perissa Beach was only a short, ~5-10 min walk away, we had the nearest bus stop around 1-2 min walk away and the Perissa main bus station around ~7 min walk away, so we were perfectly situated when we wanted to take the local bus to see the sunset at the caldera side ☺️ Overall, we had an amazing time at Spiros&Hiroko hotel, and we will definitely want to come back again!

The owners, Spiros and Hiroko, were very nice, they took care of everything for us and accommodated all our needs. They were very friendly, they helped us with itinerary suggestions, they were there for us at any time. The pool is very nice to use, the bus to Fira stops 1 minute from the hotel. The price for quality is also excellent.

Spiros and Hiroko are perfect hosts. Nothing is too much trouble. They will help with anything to make your visit to Santorini the easiest it can be. Breakfast is available and is well worth it. The hotel is kept absolutely spotless. Plenty of beds and space around the pool. Adults only so no noisy play in the pool. Highly recommend

Such a lovely stay!!! The owners Spiros and Hiroko are super kind and friendly. The hotel with the pool is really nice and there’s attention in every detail. It is located in Perissa, a calm but very strategic village with a long beach with clear water and lots of restaurants, beach clubs perfect for a relaxing holiday. In addition, you can reach Fira in just 25 minutes with a bus just in front of the hotel. I recommend this hotel if you are searching for quality and comfort at a good price!
