I liked the staff at front desk both night and day shift. I liked the size of the room we got, it was perfect for my family. The popcorn and evening snack where great, but having that...IN and OUT Burger around the corner had us in a choke hold. The location has plenty of restaurants around it.

I didn't like the fact that dogs were staying on this property, I'm talking big ones who you could hear crying as you walk the halls, I also had a faint dog smell in our room. One can only wonder about how many different pets may have slept in our beds and ect. The parking lot is very small and fills up fast. The police patrol this parking lot regularly so you don't have to worry about your vehicle being stolen but scratches on your car is another thing due to the tight parking lot. I absolutely disliked the fact that there was no coffee machine in my room, you have to go downstairs to get it

Breakfast was served at 6 a.m. and included scrambled eggs and sausage which we enjoyed, plus all the usual high-carb stuff like biscuits and gravy that we didn't try. We left early on our checkout day and did not get to enjoy the breakfast a second time, but the free 24-hour coffee station was appreciated!

It is NOT the fault of the Drury Inn and Suites of Northeast San Antonio, but road and highway construction in the area is a mess. Getting out and around the area was a headache with nightmarish traffic. Again, not the fault of the inn, but until the construction is completed the location is a bit inconvenient. We came during the April 8, 2024 solar eclipse event and stayed two nights (7-9 April). The rate was over $200 per night which we thought was steep but rooms were at a premium everywhere else too.

The staff were absolutely outstanding! Everyone you spoke to was more than accommodating. Vanessa in particular was extremely knowledgeable and a breath of fresh air in this industry! The room we could've stayed in ( ADA ) was not a good fit and she still allowed me to view the room myself and make a choice.

We needed ADA rooms but we ended up choosing a suite instead as the ADA room wasn't very large or set up to use for our ladies. So if you're looking for something compatible for a lift space and shower chair etc, you'll not find it here.

First time at a Drury Inn. They have their kickbacks program, and this was quite fun. They referred to it as snacks, but it was a full meal and they had extras like nachos and even cocktails. I am traveling with my pets, so it’s hard for me to go back out for dinner and this was great to have some thing there hot and actually quite tasty. I liked the concept so much that I booked days in Tallahassee when I got there.

My room was fine. Just a little noisy from I 35 and it overlooked the dining/lobby area which created extra noise. I have a sleep/rain program on my phone to drowned out the noise so that helped.

The front desk manager needs more training with the public because she thought I was fixing to be rude but I wasn’t and she made me feel as I was starting problems with the room situation which she handled great but she just needs more training to deal with society because that could have gone all wrong but it didn’t.

Wonderful full breakfast was served hot every morning and the staff were so kind and accommodating with a smile on their face! The 5:30 drinks and dinner kickback was a pleasant surprise as we brought 3 kiddos. Overall it was pleasant and relaxing and everything was CLEAN!!!

The downstairs main area sort of all ran together and was small, especially during breakfast and other heavy traffic times. But it’s to be expected in an older hotel. What it lacked in space the hotel made up for in spades in other areas.

Great value since we ate breakfast and dinner free at the hotel. My kids also enjoyed the pool. Family friendly. Food choices weren’t as varied or as good of quality as other hotels we have used, but it fed us.

Friendly, efficient receptionist. Excellent breakfast with especially kind, efficient, and friendly cook/attendant both mornings. Nice to offer the evening hot dogs and happy hour. Nice clean pool and hot tub with towels offered. Small, but acceptable room for no more time than we spent in it. Nice to have 2 chairs in the room. Quiet AC and no traffic noise!

No complaints at all. So I can't complete 2 or 3 sentences of what we didn't like as requested here. We liked it all and will return next time in San Antonio.

everything was clean. The signs were beautiful. The food was good. The people were nice baby. The decoration of the room was so awesome. The purple walls were gorgeous. The best thing I can say about this place is that it was quiet. I was able to get rest without hearing door slam and I can’t thank you enough for that worth every penny, and they make popcorn during the day food at night drinks breakfast is good if I didn’t mention that loved it 10 out of 10.

I didn’t like that the Jets only lasted five minutes on the hot tub and I had to keep getting out and resetting it and they weren’t that strong enough to really feel like it was a hot tub but I will give positive feedback by saying the temperature of the water was hot and I was thankful for that and I was just thankful to be there all together

The Repp Shannon Hernandez Was Very Well Mannered, Super Nice & She Never Got Upset With All The Questions. Da Room Was Huge, Very Clean, Bedford & Pillows Were Comfortable, The Snacks, Dinner, Breakfast Was Definitely Great
