Loved our stay. The suites are VERY roomy and staff is amazing, we would go down and ask for more towels (as we had more than 2 people in the room) and they would bring them back up for us instead of us carrying them up. They also have 2 gas grills outside that you can cook on you just have to get the cooking utensils from the front desk. Plenty of seating in the dinning room during breakfast. And plenty of patio furniture outside for multiple families to sit at around the pool 😊

Breakfast could have been better. They need the waffle maker out everyday for the people that don't like the breakfast meals that are set out.

Excellent all around... Very clean and amenities all better than typically found for properties of this level. Good size exercise room and decent breakfast offerings. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, dishes, soap. Helpful staff.

Shower didn't get very hot and very few tv stations. Sofa bed was just bearable. Could use more dumbbells.. only few available and some without matching pair.

The girls working at the front desk were very friendly and accommodating and helped me out a bunch! I really appreciated staying there and with them working with me and making sure we had everything we need! I would definitely stay there again we have stayed several.

The one African American lady i believe was anew start but she charged me pet fee after we left and had put us on the 5th floor when we had stayed recently for over a week and i thought it was weird but i had made it clear and they knew we had pets that we paid for prior and so not sure how we got charged without signing anything.

the toilet was not in good repair. shower calking needs repaired--toilet was not clean-(underside of the toilet seat had lots of urine stains and smudges--I had to clean it before even thinking of usin the toilet--very displeased with the clealiness of the bathroom

Staff was super friendly and very knowledgeable. As a former housekeeping director the property was very clean and the rooms were clean as well.

The location was tricky considering the loops on the highways. But not overall bad and nothing that the property has any control over.

Breakfast was not what the advertisement suggested. It was adequate—not very good, but not bad.

Towels were "wimpy" and cheap. In-room coffee service was minimal and weird. Lighting in room was also just not right.

The breakfast was great with more delicious options than other hotels! The room was awesome with a kitchenette, a comfy bed, and large shower. First time at a Staybridge, and we will be looking for more in our travels!

Bad experience with booking. com Lat minute call from Staybridge that they didn’t have the room that we booked available. Management was able to help us out and accommodate us in 2 different rooms . First time staying in this location . Definitely will stayed there again . Spacious, clean well maintained rooms. Manager in charge at that time was very helpful . Even waived the pet charge for the inconvenience.

Location Clean Friendly Quiet

Breakfast options are poor, however breakfast tasted good. Would like to see fresh fruit cut up such as melons, and would like options such as muffins, fresh waffle iron etc, more choice of preserves for toast/bagels, more fresh bread choices for toast. Beds were not firm, you sank into the mattress.
