This is one of the most beautiful and comfortable hotels I've ever stayed in, far exceeding more expensive hotels from the past. The decor is of an old hunting lodge, the furniture is adorable and all made of natural wood! This hotel has a homey but at the same time up to date and modern feel. Just the lobby alone is so gorgeous. Breakfast was excellent. The beds were super comfortable. The room was clean and smelled wonderful and the staff went over and above to help me with accommodating my handicaps. I can't say enough nice things about the gentleman who greeted us when we arrived very late, nor the very sweet woman who checked us out the next morning. Everyone on staff was so pleasant to us. And the soundproofing! Once we were in our room, we didn't hear another sound until we left it the next morning! Last but not least, the views. This is the Appalachian mountains at their finest. And the price for all this was far less than I would have expected if I had seen the hotel first. I visit this area of the country frequently and I will be staying at the Quality Inn and Suites again and again! Thank you for the most pleasant aspect of our trip!

I can't think of a thing that wasn't perfect.

The breakfast was hot and tasty. Scrambled eggs were cooked perfectly, sausage was tasty. The people working the breakfast area were friendly and kept everything hot and filled. There was a nice selection of breakfast foods scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, oatmeal, an assortment of rolls, bagels, toast, orange juice and apple juice and coffee!

The hotel was very clean but did show some age spots. I am by no means complaining! I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Very welcoming and friendly at the front desk, great breakfast served by friendly wait staff, safe, clean, comfortable. We especially enjoy the gazebos overlooking the valley. The pool was clean and well taken care of. Rooms were immaculate and well appointed. Bed was comfortable. A great place to stay.

I cannot think of one thing

The staff were extremely friendly and efficient. The hotel has a rustic feel, it is very nice. The bed was very comfortable. It snowed overnight while I was there, and the parking lot was cleaned off before I woke up. Overall, it was a great experience.

Nothing

Rooms are very spacious and clean. The common areas of the hotel are very comfortable and clean. Staff was very friendly at check-in and throughout our stay.

The mattress in the room I used could be replaced for better comfort. The other people that I stayed with said their mattresses were very comfortable and likely were new so perhaps they are replacing them already :)

We ran into car trouble and only had enough money for one nighty husband got paid the next day and they allowed us to pay for the whole stay the next day we are sooo appreciative of that!!! The hotel is clean the staff are amazing and we will definitely be staying again!

The pillows!!!!! They were so comfortable. We had stayed there before visiting family and had a great experience. The decor and the very friendly staff made the stay even better. I highly recommend staying there.

The only question I had was the wifi. But your in the mountains and sometimes it's spotty. They still had regular TV.

Breakfast was great, the rooms are clean and welcoming, the location is beautiful and the staff were all very friendly. Plus, there's even a neighbor dog that visits the parking lot and gazebos in the morning for treats and pets.

The breakfast was wonderful each morning. The entire motel was exceptionally clean and always smelled good. The staff were warm and friendly. We were especially impressed with the free pizza dinner on Tuesday night for all the guests! What a great surprise and a treat! I've never been to a motel that offered a free pizza dinner before!
