The girl who check is in, Cheyenne I believe or something close was absolutely wonderful. She went way above and beyond to accommodate us. I feel I also met a new friend. Then we met Tiffany and she also was wonderful. Two new friends. Coffee was amazing.

They totally made up for the facility being a bit old. Get rid of the carpet in the room and especially the bed in room 201. One side had a sink holethat was horrible.

Very clean and spacious room. Excellent pillows! Plenty of hot water in the shower. The most number of different channels (including premium channels) that I have ever experienced. Very friendly staff.

The mattress was a little firm, but I still was able to sleep my normal amount of hours.

The staff was very nice and friendly. Bed was super comfortable and had a good tv service with several channels offered.

The room wasn’t exactly clean. There were a couple of dirty towels still in bathroom. Also needed to check in earlier than 3pm because the event I was attending got moved up 1hr due to impending rain. Property would not allow for earlier check in.

The breakfast was a joke, muffins and Danish. The ice machine was broke. All front desk personnel need to know how to operate your tv system.
