Good location for the local buses although they are always busy and hard to get a seat most times. Excellent buffet breakfast good value at €10. Lidl supermarket near hotel was great too.

Mini fridge would have been more useful than a mini bar, As always not many power sockets to charge phones etc. Bistro looks nice but only seems to sell drinks and salads a few hot nibbles or small plates would be a good option the main restaurant was nice but it's a la carte style so small portions , for high prices .food was lovely, but we ordered the gourmet burger which came with nothing but a sauce with peppers and onions in ok its gourmet but a few potatoes or salad on side would have been better value for money it's a shame because breakfast is lovely with alot of options a far cry ftom the evening menu A proper hotel shuttle service would be better aa at moment your given a number for a man who will do it cheaper if you pay cash this is Best western I expect better

This hotel was excellent. The location is good, and the area was quiet and safe. There is a local Verona bus service into the centre of the city which stops right outside the hotel and has a frequent service throughout the day. The room was very good. Spacious and very clean. The breakfast was very generous with everything you could want. Once you mastered the machine, even the coffee was good. The hotel staff all spoke English and were very efficient and helpful. If you want to know anything about Verona just ask them. They had maps and advice on everything. Other restaurants were close by and were very good. Especially the fish restaurant and they even had an 'Eataly' close by. If you are going to Verona and don't have to stay in the centre of the city, stay here!

Having an SUV, I wanted to avoid driving in the Verona city center. The BW was a find. We got two rooms with breakfast for the family. We had free parking. There was a bus stop across the street that took us into town. We walked to a wonderful dinner from the hotel. There are several nearby options. The staff was very helpful. Breakfast exceeded expectations. There was a delightful selection of pastries, fruit, jams, a tub of nuttella with a pump that made me fall in love again! There were also a few hot items. The wonderful staff helped us with the fancy Nespresso machine. It was great. It was also cool to take a short drive to their local Eataly. One more time I'll mention that the staff was friendly and helpful. Wonderful stay.

From the hotel you can reach the city by bus, bus stops are around the hotel. Rooms equipped with everything you need. Ours also had a balcony. In the room we had a tea kettle, different types of teas, sugar, cups. The fridge is filled daily. There is a safe in the room. The cleanliness is of a high standard. The bar is well stocked and open until almost midnight, and the service is very prompt. The hotel terrace is very pleasant, the parking lot is safe and big enough. There is also underground parking.

The bathroom is a little tight.

Reasonably sized room. Good powerful shower. Good ample buffet breakfast. Great coffee machine that used capsules. Supermarket is next door. Plentiful supply of tea and coffee plus kettle in room. Safe was also in room.

It is located well away from the train station and even further from the city centre. It really is a trek by foot. However there is a bus stop nearby which has several bus services going to the centre.

This is a very solid hotel with only disadvantage: despite being seemingly close to the train station it is still a 30 min walk or a short bus ride. Apart from that just a great place to stay if they keep the room price low.

As we arrived electricity was not working in the room, but they fixed it quickly during the day. Also the air conditioner, light and SOS buttons are situated not very conveniently, one has to be careful not to press SOS accidently.

Property was spotlessly clean, the bed was exceptionally comfortable and the air conditioning fierce in the face of a summer heat wave. I loved the big free car park, and whilst it was a long way walk to, and from the opera was just about doable. Breakfast was really good quality, I enjoyed both days, really lovely Staff and a nice relaxed atmosphere

Possibly not located in the best area, whilst I didn’t have any trouble, both nights I walked back, things were ‘going on’ close, and  I meant I kept up a very brisk pace! There is a Lidl supermarket a few doors down, again, some well dodgy people in the car park! Very disappointed in the gym, hardly any equipment and no free weights. Even a little bit of investment would make it a worthwhile place, it’s practically unusable as it is and was a very unloved space. 

Comfortable room, nice breakfast, little outside the centre but bus stop is just in front of hotel which takes only 10 minutes to take you to the centre. The staff was super nice, we arrived early morning so they stored our luggage. We booked only for a night with breakfast included, but next day we had to eave early, so they offered to have breakfast a day before since we were already there. Such a lovely gesture.

Very reasonable price; kind, friendly and helpful staff at reception and in the restaurant. Good food and drink selection at breakfast; also nice to have the option of a restaurant for an evening meal. Well located for station and town centre.

The room was a little bit hot for me, also the landing area on level 5. Think weather was exceptionally hot for that time of year and maybe aircon not yet turned on. I became acclimatised!

The hotel room was very comfortable and clean, they even provided slippers and bathrobes which gret. Location was good, quite close to Verona center.

The room was NOT soundproof AT ALL! It was super noisy at night when I checked in already and you could hear every movement in the morning, from upstairs, the corridor and literally everywhere. So if you are a light sleeper you will definitely need ear plugs!!
