Great location. Wonderful breakfast. Funky bar. Spa facilities are lovely.

The room was very warm & there was a lot of road noise/people coming home .. making it difficult to sleep. When we went to the rooftop pool it was closed, had to wait in the cold in our dressing gowns for 20mins for it to be opened. Mentioned that we were disappointed to receptionist and they apologised and virtually shrugged their shoulders. The pool is open for 2 hours a day, so 20 mins is a big chunk of this.

Breakfast was amazing as well as the outdoor pool and the quality of the rooms. The spa was also really nice for the rainy days. Location is also perfect. For lifts up to the mountains as well as restaurants and bars.

Could have done with aircon as it was 30 degrees. The hotel did provide a fan but it did mean some nights trying to sleep was really uncomfortable

Modern and spacious room with all the needs. Continental breakfast containing typical (enough) food, could be better to add some more vegetables. Special thanks to LEON at the front desk that was extremely helpful with advise and directions. Parking is most of the time behind the hotel, and sometimes kind of "valet" when they park your car somewhere else. Will consider to stay again if we will arrive to Kitzbuhel.

Very friendly and polite stuff, beautiful resort, very clean rooms and tasty breakfast with lots of choices. Valeria and Giannis were very helpful in everything I asked for.

The room we first checked in was not very pleasant as it was right above the entrance of the hotel so it was a bit noisy and it didn't have a thermostat. Luckily we were given a much better room the second day after requesting a transfer.

Perfectly situated in the center of town. The entire staff were very accommodating especially the breakfast crew. They were the best! It’s a popular place to eat dinner too. Food was excellent! Great place to stay while in Kitzbuhel.

Honestly can’t think of anything negative to say.

The rooftop swimming pool area is amazing, best views in town The restaurant has a Michelin star, even the breakfast is amazing The spa area is a bit dated, but very luxurious and peacefully quiet I love that the place is adults only, at least it seems like :) Knowledgeable staff going the extra mile for guests

Room is very spacious and well designed. The breakfast was good. Spa is a great feature after a day skiing and this was well maintained.

The rooftop pool wasn't very warm, having this feature is excellent for the hotel but we didn't use more than once because of the temperature of it.

Juan and David at the reception were super welcoming and made us feel at home as soon as we checked in. They had a lot of attention to detail and made our stay really fantastic.

One day they didn’t clean our room when we forgot to leave the Make my room sign, but they could have checked anyway.

Location

The room was on the 1st floor and did not have a view. It was excessively hot and room temp could not be regulated. Otherwise good room spacious and new same for the bathroom. Restaurant in the hotel was one of the best in town and very expensive. No other options if you wanted to eat at the hotel. Some of the Staff at reception was not very helpful, when trying to find other options to eat.

View from our room was amazing - one of the best we have ever had , couldn't get enough of it . Breakfasts were amazing . Hotel restuarant is amazing for dinners . Hotel's bar serves the best champagne margaritas . Spa very well equipped . Rooftop pool is amazing .
