Location was central to many local attractions and next door to the visitor center so if you do have something planned you can go there and they will help you find something fun to do while visiting. The text upon arrival to see if everything was good was nice touch. Breakfast was good, however the sanitation rating of 88.5 was not comforting.

Hotel is a bit dated and could use some updating. In my room there was water damage on the ceiling and the pool was disgusting, granted it is off season but still it is nasty, they could cover it or something. It was not pleasant to look out my window and see it. The door looked like an animal had scratched to get out. Only one elevator worked the entire weekend we were there.

The environment was very serene to my liken.

The receptionist was discriminatory, I saw her canceled some travelers reservation and turned them away in the midnight. Where does she expect them find find accommodation in that time of the night? That is inhuman!

I had the best check in experience...The young lady was fairly new in her position. But she has definitely found her calling. I would rate her A+...especially her customer service. Please check my check in date and time to get her name. I would love for her to recieve her Kudos💥💯💯💯

The breakfast was great. However, when my partner came down they ran out of eggs and coffee!!😳 She had to wait. The staff was friendly except for one. When I initially stepped in to see if there was a possibility of early arrival she not only didn't know how to help me...no smiles or warmth.

There was only decaf coffee packages in our room. We don't drink decaf. 1 towelette to remove makeup. There should have been at least 2! Especially with 2 women sharing the room. And lastly, bacon would be nice for breakfast. 1 staff at the front desk needs training in hospitality

Room had smell in which I think was coming from the air vent. Did report to front desk and she was on top of it and told me she will have maintenance check it out this week

My husband and kids stayed and they went to breakfast. My kids are a little picky and would have liked to have some muffins. The location was ok, they were in town for a softball tournament.

Needs more veriarty with the breakfast. My family enjoyed their stay and would stay at this location again.
