Staff was absolutely amazing and hospitable. Room service was timely and accommodating throughout the entire stay. They all were helpful in helping us navigate the local area.

I wished that the TV had the option to connect to streaming apps (connect phone to TV as option too). We were not able to do so. Additionally, the TV did not offer information on the TV guide which made it quite difficult in figuring out what movies/shows we were tuning into.

That you can look out my window and see a broken fence and some parts of a cemetery. I was in room 203. The bathroom needed caulking around the shower the toilet paper holder is loose. Housekeeping didn’t leave us hand towels on the day or bath mat. On our third she didn’t make the bed.

I love the breakfast and how the staff they check's you in are nice and polite. The housekeeper was wonderful, I ask her for shower caps didn't have any on her cart, told me she going find some and did, just love her energy, this was the Sunday house keepers great customer service, even had a toothbrush for my husband 😂, I call to ask them could I have a walk in shower, didn't want no tub, they was on it, 🥰🥰

I didn't like that a staff member throw away my coffee sanding I couldn't bring outside cups inside the food place for breakfast, but I told her it wasn't a outside cup, it's was y'all coffee cup, told me next time I need put it on the table not bring it inside the food area, I told her no one had a problem when I did it Sunday morning, why would I leave my beverage on the table. She continue standing alone the wall watching, I have stay there many times before and she just pissed me off, I ask her for bacon she reply they cooked bacon yesterday why would I cooked it today, I wanted to get in the pool on Sunday but the water was green

The only negative was booking the hotel again for another night and it was accepted. Upon arrival I was told there were no rooms. I was supposed to receive a voucher for another room free of cost and never did. Please contact me at 827-964-5091 if this can be corrected. Thanks, Jim McCall

Noise Disturbance: Despite choosing a room advertised as quiet and peaceful, the guest experienced noise disturbances throughout the night. Thin walls and loud guests in neighboring rooms affected the overall quality of sleep.

Best breakfast buffet! Ftesh baked cinammon rolls, omelets, pancakes. Spacious room, comfortable bed, clean bathroom. The internet was not strong. Lamp chargers weak and hooking up Roku challenging... but hood stay overall.

The breakfast was awesome, great variety! The rooms were very neat and clean also very comfortable! Employees were all very friendly!!!Will always stay here when we visit the area !

This is the second time I've stayed here. The place has always been clean, and the receptionist has been very friendly and helpful. They even had baked cookies for this time. Yes, they were good. I will always check to book here first before another hotel. Thanks for another great experience.

The staff were very friendly with greeting. The breakfast was very good and full stocked with food items.

Alot of noise with doors slamming and when the cleaning staff was cleaning (vacuuming) in the morning (9 am).
