Breakfast was minimal. At least it had a protein source with hard boiled eggs.

I had one objection that needs to be remedied. There was no closet with hangers to put up clothing items my spouse and I wanted to avoid wrinkles. There was an iron and ironing board that we put to good use. But a simple metal rack attached to the wall with one shelf on top and some permanent mounted clothing hangers would suffice as a substitute for a closet.

Breakfast was fine, bagels were fresh. I would have preferred fresh donuts and danish also. Apples were not that good, maybe buy a better brand.

My room had absolutely NO closet in the room. I have never experienced this. I had to hang my clothes on the shower curtain rod. The room was very spacious with plenty of room to build a small closet or add a store built one.

The shower head was tall, water pressure was outstanding. The room was clean.The front desk clerk Ayanna was outstanding. 12 out of 10 !

Breakfast was atrocious. Toast coffee and orange juice does not make a breakfast. Ice machine on my floor was broken, had ask staff for ice bucket??????? , No microwave and the guest laundry was down as well.

The room & the bed was outstanding.

The elevator kept breaking down every other day. I was on the 3rd floor and after working a 12 hour shift up and down stairs, you don't want to come in & walk another 3 flights of stairs. The breakfast selection could have more variety & the cleaning staff was very slow in cleaning the room.

Quiet only at the one end where my room was. Traffic is loud! Staff was pleasant. Rooms are spacious but outdated.

Rooms need an overhaul. Tub was gross. Curtains were dingy with holes and didn’t cover window completely, Hard to communicate with Spanish speaking housekeeping. The listing is wrong, No microwaves in room or ANYWHERE in the hotel, despite the furniture being designed for one. (See photo)

really loved my stay at Spark by Hilton in Exton. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, the room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. Everything felt safe and peaceful, and I really appreciated how quiet the hotel was at night.

Very clean and the rooms are spacious.

Nothing about the property was bad. I just had one bad experience with the people over top of me. They were very noisy and banging and stomping all night til about 1 in the morning.

Excellent value for the price! Secure safe environment. Spacious open welcoming lobby. A stay a year ago nearly across the highway for about the same price I stayed at hotel with a dingy, extremely small lobby made me question my decision to book there. When visiting family in PA, I will always now book at Hammock!

Furnishings showed a but of wear however were not in disrepair.

Property was well lit inside and out and clean. Nikki at the front desk had just dealt with a very unkind customer and was still happy, kind and helpful to me and my fiancé.

Sadly, the elevator was down at the time, but this will not prevent me from staying again in the future.

Location is very good as it is close to family

We enjoyed our stay. The only drawback was someone was smoking regular cigarettes as well as weed. We could smell it in the hall and sometimes it would drift into our room. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and really like the Inn. We will be staying there a couple of times each year
