There is a lot to like about this hotel: large room with good facilities, good bed and shower, friendly and competent staff, good breakfast buffet, nice swimming pool on the 12th floor, good location (just a short walk to Ekkamai BTS station). Overall excellent value for money. I would seriously consider using this hotel again during a future Bangkok visit.

The main thing that could use some improvement is the lighting in the room. The main light in the room is very bright and very white, which is not very pleasant. These lights could be replaced with warmer lights. Also, a smaller lamp or two would improve the atmosphere in the room a lot. For example, an extra smaller lamp on the bedside tables would help. A lamp on the desk would be a good idea too.

As a long time guest I can only recommend the property most highly. The staff are attentive without being intrusive, friendly and professional…from the moment of check in to check out. The cleaning staff are polite and willing to assist if you need anything. The staff at breakfast are always ready to meet you with a smile.

The building of the new complex adjacent is coming along but still can prove noisy. As a smoker the reduction of the possibilities on the 12th floor are s shame. Being huddled away in a back corner isn’t as comfortable as it once was.

Very spacious and comfortable accommodation. Infinity pool was large enough to swim, great views over the city. Sun deck was good to sun bathe on our last day before our flight home. Close to BTS sky train. Good breakfast choices. Would happily stay there again.

Didn't realise their policy is to take 2000 bhat deposit which would take 3 weeks to go back into our account if credit card used. We were at the end of our trip so didn't have cash available. In the end they waived the policy, but it msde check in stressful and difficult. Afterwards we wondered whether deposit required as there were self catering facilities (which we didn't use other than for making tea and coffee).

The apartment hotel was very clean, modern, with spacious room and washer/dryer combo, refrigerator, microwave, safe. The location was excellent just a few minutes walk from BTS Ekamai station, many food options, and the Gateway mall. The rooftop infinity pool was very nice and clean with good views. The included breakfast was good, both western and local. This was more value for money compared to the popular international brands, and this hotel will be a top choice stay for me the next time I visit Bangkok.

We didn't like cash deposit, in case of any damage was the reply from the receptionist, we didn't have cash in hand, and they said that ATM is just nearby - on this modern hera, only few places remained that still asked for deposit when you are check in Do you think that people are renting hotel room to make damage ? We didn't find it anywhere, and it wasn't nice too to say that we can walk to AtM machine Anyhow, we will remember that on a next booking in Bangkok Thank you

Quite honestly I could have lived permanently in my apartment room -- I received a free upgrade from the executive suite and couldn't have been more happy. I think that the rooftop pool in this hotel, surrounded by frangipani trees, is quite possibly one of the most picturesque I have encountered in Bangkok. Personally, The hotel is situated in the upcoming Ekkamai area, which offers a host of restaurants and health/beauty options. There is a food hall and a mall directly across the road and the hotel is located very close to the BTS. The staff are very friendly and accommodating.

We booked to stay for 2 adults, 1 child. It was confusing as when the confirmation was received, we had to pay for an extra bed for the child. There was no sleeper couch. We ended up pushing 2 couches together for the child to sleep on but were charged extra for bedding and towels for the child

Spacious rooms; easily one of the best accommodation available in Ekkamai. Right beside the metro and lot of dining and cafe options. 5 mins away from Phed Mark !! Definitely coming back to stay here during my next trip. The crib provided for the baby was clean and large size as well.

Check in and check out timings are not flexible and additional time cost is quite high. Service needs to improve as well.

The staff was very helpful and courteous. Room was spacious although no cabinet. There was a small kitchenette. The location was very good and close to the Skytrain. There were many food places around the hotel.

The breakfast was reasonable okay and can be improved a little in terms of options for vegetarians and international guests.
