Enormous room with basic amenities. Having washing machine in the room is a plus. Short walk from the hotel to BTS train station and a big mall where there are many restaurants to choose. Staff are attentive and courteous.

Although it takes approximately 5 minute walk from the hotel to catch the BTS train, walking up and down busy street on a Thai sidewalk is quite the adventure. Our room is facing the street, we can her traffic noise all days and nights. Pillows are a little hard to my liking. When we check in the first night we had to sleep on smelly pillows. We complained with the housekeepers the next day , and they replaced the bed set of pillows for us. Water temperature alternates between scalding hot and freezing cold. In all, I would stay at this place again when revisit Bangkok next time

Extremely spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Could easily be a three bedroom and still be spacious at 140 sqm. You get a lot of space for your money. Great comfortable beds with firm mattress which we love and able to sleep very well. Well maintained and kept clean with daily house keeping and replenish water, towels and toilet paper etc. which is good for a serviced apartment. Reception staff although not 24 hours were helpful and cheery. Location is convenient for medicentre with a short 3 min walk to ekamai BTS.

Nothing really not to like. It's a boutique serviced apartment with friendly and welcoming staff. Maybe the sign could be better lit. but really comfortable 2 weeks stay for a family.

I absolutely love this place, and here are the reasons: - It's clean - both the hotel and the unit. There is no sewage smell. - The staff are nice, professional, and respectful. - The hotel is quiet. - It's close to Gateway Ekamai shopping mall, which has a grocery store. I got my supplies - toiletries, food/pre-made meals, drinks, and etc. - from here. - It's about 500m away from Ekkamai BTS skytrain station, with Asok being 3 stops away. - It has a number of restaurants nearby, including some inside Gateway Ekamai shopping mall. - Great price for the accommodation. - I love the washing machine. It's so useful to be able to wash your clothes. I hate handing my clothes to third-party cleaners as they just wash your clothes together with other people's, plus dry your clothes at high heat, and iron everything at high heat. This ruins a lot of my clothes. - My unit has a balcony which brings in a lot of natural light. - Taxi drivers never have a problem with direction when I just tell them "Ekkamai BTS station". - The bathroom tiles are not slippery. I hate slippery floors as you can crack your head slipping on wet tiles. - Hair salon is nearby. - Pharmacy is nearby for that heartburn medicine :-) - 7-Eleven is nearby. Will definitely return. - The only thing I don't like is that the shower water temperature is inconsistent. This is probably because the apartment unit uses an on-demand water heater. It goes hot, lukewarm, cold, and then hot. However, it isn't that bad. For me, it wasn't an issue because I wash with cold water all the time.

Although near to BTS the accommodation is located on a very busy road with heavy traffic, so not too quite as the traffic is constant due to one way traffic. Very generous sized, Bedroom, bathroom, Kitchen/diner and lounge area with external balcony with table and chairs. The accommodation is provided with adequate facilities for long-term stay. Reasonably priced accommodation with the cost reflected in the need for some refurbishment to the outdated kitchen and bathroom.

Poor wi-fi, which worked intermittently due to low signal strength.

The location is very near the train station and the Gateway Mall which is a plus.

The hot and cold shower isn't working well. It is difficult to adjust. Either it's too cold or too hot. It's my 2nd time to this hotel and got the same room yet it is sad that we encounter the same problem when we were there the first time. I hope they will do something about it. But overall, I had a wonderful stay.

Beautiful place! I have stayed there 3 times allready. The staff is so amazing except one grouchy girl at the front desk? Everyone is so nice and helpful except the one girl at the front desk. She looks so mad at everyone? Same girl last time I do not want to ask her anything. She looks like she wants to kill everyone that walks in?

Everything was amazing and a beautiful hotel

Smooth check-in and check out. It is a like a one whole apartment, it was comfortable .We are are able to do our own laundry, it is quiet and clean neighborhood. My friend and I enjoyed our stay. Room service is available everyday for free. It is true that the water supply for showering is hard to switch on the desired temperature, but it was fine for us as me and my friend can actually shower in cold water.

The room is big and complete for all facilities. I love the room 's type so we can enjoy stay here every time I visit Bangkok. Also housekeeper service they are polite and service minded.

The entrance for parking is too high and narrow and that curve on the entrance is not comfortable to drive in when the traffic is busy.

Rooms perfect big space with balcony , good kitchen, water issue a slight problem but soon work it out , maids and security the best I’ve seen

We book total of 3 units from 42 Grand Residence , " 2 one bed room units and 1 two bed room unit "for our family holiday in Bangkok. Everything is really smooth , apartment is alot more spacious than in the photo and we really really love it. Will definitely stay here again.
