Staff polite n room very spacious , good hotels to eat near by... 7/11 is few walks away ..good for family .. swimming pool must try if u have kids with u.. ekkamai bts station is 7 mins walk n next to bts station there is gateway ekkamai mall .. good mall lots of food options n shopping n lots of kids activities in the mall ..

Room with balcony is main road facing so even in late night .. u can hear noise n cars n bikes honking sound which is very annoying.. location wise hotel is far from city center .if u like to go out n explore new pubs .... i would recommend to book the hotel if u work or have meetings nearby in the area...

Staff was all very very nice especially the cleaning lady on the tenth floor, ladies at the front desk and the gentleman working in the parking lot. The cleaning ladies work hard and keep everything very nice! I really liked the balcony and the room was very clean and big.

The shower. You have to hold it or it sprays horizontally and every time the floor gets all wet. Not a huge deal but it is annoying. A better hanger for the shower would be nice. The doors to the rooms close very loudly too, addition of soft close mechanism would be nice since there can be a lot of door slamming from other guests.

Like the big rooms, comfy bed, lots of places to store luggage. Nice city views at sunset. Nice fitness room and pool. Staff are all very friendly. First time I stayed we got a room with two double beds which was excellent, this time was just me so I had a enormous double to myself! My friend has eaten at and ordered takeaway from the restaurant, says its very good. I walk up to W Market for dinner, which is les than 10 minutes. 10 minutes either road to the nearest BTS station, but you can walk straight in to Ekkamai

It’s like 12-14 mins walk to train station. The room was good, they used to change the pillow cases and bedsheets everyday. There is balcony in our room. The toilet was clean (I think it’s newly renovated). The staff were friendly.

It is an excellent older style hotel in Bangkok and I really enjoyed my stay. The room was a good size and recently refurbished, so very new and the balcony was convenient, especially to dry my washing during my three week stay. The location was great, a five minute walk to a small Big C supermarket and a fifteen minute walk or just catch a bus to Ekkamai BTS. The staff are friendly and helpful.

You could hear all the traffic from outside and in the early mornings this was a bit of an issue The sound proofing was not that good causing you to wake up early

The staff were not very friendly. They were infact really rude at multiple times. When I asked for help, the one at the reception with blonde stared at me and refused to help. Even though the room was really nice, because of the staff I am not sure if I want to stay here again.

Good value for money stay. Big spacious room for the three of us, each one of us with a single bed. The comfort room is big too, with hot and cold shower.

A little far from the city center, but good thing is, the property is near a BTS station, Ekhamai station just beside Gateway Mall.
