- alright location, close to the city centre by car/bike, close to Ekkamai bus station, 35-40 min ride to Suvarnabhumi airport - near 7/11 - nice pool - very nice kitchen area! - spacious rooms - helpful staff, changed me the room so I could hear less noise from the construction - smaller but still a coworking room - shower gel, shampoo, disposable tooth brush and paste provided

- as of March 2024 there is a construction going on next to the hotel. The works start at 9am every day except Sundays which are really loud so you wouldn’t be able to sleep - no fridge in the room - a bit slow wifi - outdated furniture - no soap provided - towels have stains

The staff was super friendly and helpful, I even got help with the washing machine:) Be sure to understand that there is a communal kitchen and a fridge and the terrace pool, with very nice views. We missed in the first night and could not find a fridge in the room, but figured it out later. It looked like some niceties amenities were lacking, but we found everything on the top floor by the pool. For this price I am still willing to give the place the best rating.

The location does have some benefits, there are restaurants and 7/11s across the street, but if you want to go anywhere, the closest sky train is like 20min away on foot. So if you hit the road in the morning, you will end up completely wet from sweat in a very cold train. Our first time in BKK, could have planned for a different location, but if you figure out your transportation options, then it's not an issue. The city view balcony - you can see it in the picture below. But hey, this is a metropolis and at that price, it's not a complaint, but be sure to check out which side is the city view:) The pool has all the views.

Convenient location near the green line & Ekkamai bus terminal. The rooftop pool deck is gorgeous, and the main building looked very nice. Our room was large, had the basic amenities, and was clean. Comfortable bed.

Unfortunately, we were not placed in the main building. Our room was a short walk up the alley, in a strange, more commercial-looking building, and it felt very separate. Most of the walls were full glass like shop windows. Solid curtains, but the room was on the street level, so we really couldn't open the curtains much. Ironically, it felt dark & windowless. Hard floors and an industrial style added to the impersonal & cold feeling. We stayed one night and wouldn't have stayed more.

The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The rooftop pool area was really nice and quiet, great to escape from the chaos in Bangkok. The kitchen is big and has everything you need, and it was a big plus for us that there was one! The hotel is kept really clean. The manager and other hotel staff were very nice and helpful. Would definitely stay here again! Also, 7-11 and some streetfood places are a short walk away, if you want to explore more of Bangkok the BTS is only a 15 min walk :)

More sunbeds at the pool would be great! There were not enough and some people sadly put their towels down for the full day while not being around for half of it...

The penthouse apartment is great, just in front of the pool with amazing views of Bangkok. Is not as "luxurious" as in the pictures, a little dated, as most of the rooms in Thailand, and I expected it. But still it was great. Normal, nice area of Bangkok, with shops, restaurants and food court near by, that attends to thais, not to tourists, and have great quality and prices. At the near by food court I had one of the best padthais in years of traveling to Thailand. Great stay for a couple of days to rest after a long flight. If you want to do tourist stuff in Bangkok better stay in central areas.

The swimming pool was not deep, @1.2 m. The water could be cleaner. But still good enough to chill.

This hotel is amazing it was one of the best we’ve stayed in, in Thailand!! Such amazing value for money! The room is modern, spacious and was very clean! If we needed the room mopped or sweeped / fresh towels they did it the same day! This hotel has a kitchen area, working space with air con, a beautiful pool with scenic city sunset views as well as a laundry room which you can purchase laundry pods for only 20 bhat. This was so convenient for us as we had laundry we needed to get done before getting home! The staff were absolutely incredible 10/10. The manager who was always on the front desk was so smiley, and genuinely interested in our day and lives. The room had a smart TV which really made our stay. We loved the balcony area was nice to sit on in the mornings. Pool area was very well kept, very clean. The whole hotel was really clean!

Pillows were really uncomfortable and probably could’ve done with 4 on the bed for extra comfort. A little far from BTS train but honestly it’s fine! 10/15 mins

The room is spacious and comfortable. There was a construction behind the hotel but we spend our day outside and construction is not operating at night so it did not interfere with us. Staff are friendly albeit speak limited English except Charlie. The elevator had a maintenance on our last day for about 5 hours and management informed all the guests 2 days beforehand. Nearest BTS Station is Ekkamai Station located 19 minutes away. Overall experience is good.

Staff training for English to ensure smooth communication with guests will be highly valuable.

Price/quality is perfect. The staff was so friendly and respectful , feels like a warm welcome when you arrive in Thailand for the first time. I felt very safe in the area, there is a lot of food you can buy across and a Seven11. We found a foodhall if you go to the left and walk for a few minutes with local prices and good food/drinks. The room was spacious and there was a fridge and a balcony. The rooftop is cute especially by night with the pool. The city is not so far away with the Grab or tuktuk around 200-300 baht.

The place was pretty amazing, the staff and the swimming pool were all good. There is an amazing kitchen on the last floor and a pool with amazing views, there are few 7-11's around and a Gas station with a lot of eateries, there is also a local food street a little bit ahead where you can get local food. There's also KFC in the gas station, everything is quite near although I was using grab. The rooms are huge, you can literally do an entire workout, with sprints here. There is a balcony to dry your clothes. The view for one side of the rooms is basically a building under construction, so I'd recommend taking a walk to the terrace to walk around in the morning.

Pretty much everything was good, the shower pressure and heat was a bit too less for my liking but that's just me, a small mini fridge would help and a lock-safe maybe(For the paranoid ones). Wish there was like social nights to make friends too.

This is a lovely hotel run by lovely people, the pool on the roof is cleaned regularly and the pool area always spotless. A few more sun loungers would be good. It also has a bar open 11-8pm. The rooms are large and clean the only downside is the building site nearby and the beds may be a little firm for some. Although a bit away from the main attractions it does have a complex across the road with multiple restaurants to chose from and a couple of 7/11’s. I throughly enjoyed my stay there and I will definitely return 👍
