Nice and clean rooms! good value for good money. i want to point out that the whole staff was incredible friendly and nice. we always felt warm welcomed.

Hotel with great breakfast and good location. Big, bright rooms with all equipment needed and a beautiful view over Bangkok.

Pool area is a bit old and could use a deep cleaning. Many Chinese customer are often very loud and disrespecting rules of manner

Excellent hotel, very clean with well maintained facilities and spacious and comfy rooms offering some nice views of Bangkok. The staff is very professional, kind and attentive. The buffet style breakfast is just magnificent, with many options for everyone. We also ordered some food from the hotel restaurant to our room and it was reasonably priced and tasty. The swimming pool is also great, especially for children, while the slide is a really fun addition. There is a minimart just next to the lobby, however, for some nice restaurants you will have to walk a bit further or take a taxi. However, the area is very nice and safe. Also, the hotel is located virtually in the middle between the two airports, which is what we were actually looking for. Overall,we can highly recommend this hotel, it offered a very good value for money.

It's a nice place but don't expect a full 5 star experience. But for the price, it's good value for money. - Big and comfortable room (we got a newly renovated one) - Plenty of choice at breakfast - It was very busy but overall it was well managed by the staff - Nice pool and gym

- Pool didn't feel very clean - Location is perhaps not so suitable for people that are new to Bangkok. For experienced travellers it's fine and there is a small supermarket in the building and several local restaurants nearby - Huge room but no place to hang things to dry

Breakfasts were very good: a diverse menu of offerings from different cuisines, accompanied by a delicious selection of fresh fruits. The mango was especially delightful.

Construction work outside the hotel made large stretches of the pavement awkward, and in places, almost impassable. Location-wise, the distance from the Ekkamai train station is also less than ideal.

Staff very super friendly and attentive. We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment. It was super spacious and we really enjoyed our stay here. Steam room, Sauna and hot tub were excellent. Pool slide was fun.

The property condition is a bit dated. It was hard to set the shower temperature it was either too hold or too cold. Shower head sprays in random directions. TVs don’t connect to wifi so can’t cast YouTube or Netflix to the TV’s. The gym equipment was quite dated. Location was about 10 mins from BTS they also have a free shuttle however it’s only every 2 hrs so was inconvenient. Bangkok traffic is a nightmare so taking grab wasn’t a great option as it would take forever to get anywhere.

The apartment was spacious and the beds were the most comfortable of our 19 night stay in Thailand. The breakfast was exceptional and it was so convenient to have the convenience store in the foyer! This apartment was great for our group of 4 adults. Having a washing machine was brilliant, as was the second bathroom. The black tea (Dilmah) was most appreciated!

For an apartment with a kitchen, there was only very minimal equipment. With no dishwashing liquid or tea towels provided it was difficult to clean up. Unfortunately the dryer in the washer/dryer didn't work and unfortunately there was no clothes airer.

Everything about my stay was wonderful. While the hotel is a bit outside the city center, it’s still quite central—only about a 30-minute taxi ride away. The facilities are great, including a pool, gym, and sauna. Unfortunately, the tennis court was closed during my stay, but that wasn’t a big deal. One highlight was the 24/7 convenience store on-site—super handy. My room was spacious and cleaned daily, which I really appreciated. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning in the corridor and elevator on my floor, which made those areas a bit uncomfortable. Overall, a solid stay and great value.

Very well designed big room (we had the suite with 2 bed rooms), 2 bathrooms/toilet and a kitchen. Very clean. All day cleaning in hotel and rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. supermarket inside the hotel, massage and nail care belongs to the hotel. Very nice Bar with good food and friendly staff. Service very great. Very nice Pool.

The hotel is located 15 - 20 minutes outside of the City, on the road closed by the hotel some people strong effected by daily drug use and a lot of weed shops. Some strenge people on the road. Tennis and Fitness out of order due to works - that should have be mentioned before.

The hotel was very large and although it was dated it still passed with flying colours.. the television had a fantastic choice of channels including live football.. the hotel has some beautiful views if you manage to get a high room and the reception and shop are very well staffed. The breakfast was wonderful and a very good choice... Really enjoyed the stay.. people complaining about the pool being cold but the weather decides that not the hotel company. Enjoyed our stay .

The room wasn't 100% clean but the hotel let us check in very early as we had an early arrival so we just cleaned the room ourselves. . It is a little outdated so I wouldn't say it's 5* as noted but definitely 4*.. nothing major to complain about so I won't..
