Very clean, very comfortable beds, good shower, ample free parking and very polite and friendly front desk staff

Your breakfast is served on paper plates with plastic cutlery. In this current climate where many large business' across the globe are actively trying to reduce their use of plastic and disposable items it seems a shame that an organisation as large and well known as the Best Western hotel chain is being so wasteful. It also doesn't make for a very good guest experience

The view was breathtaking. The rooms were clean and the staff were very pleasant. They also have a full breakfast bar with REAL food. Not just day old muffins like some other hotels that state they have breakfast. I would highly recommend this place!

The only complaint I have is the pillows. They were not comfortable at all! Other than that, everything was perfect!

Cheap and cheerful. Best Western offers the benefit of a safe & comfortable stay vs some other accommodation in a similar price band, always go for them as a brand. Front desk were helpful. Rooms were fine in size, split across the forecourt - we weren't disturbed by neighbours etc.. - had a pool (which we didn't use). Breakfast included and main road location made it a good stopover after a long drive ahead of the next day.

A niggle more than anything. The car park is right outside the rooms which means truckers getting an early start wake up light sleepers.

Room was very clean and comfortable. AC worked well and the included breakfast was good food and well stocked. Location was just far enough north to be out of busier part of Main St. but close enough to walk to all.

The walls (adjoining room doors actually) let too much noise transfer from the room next door. TV was not 'smart enough' for us to cast our Direct TV channels to.

Big king size bed. Large room. Microwave and fridge in room. Plenty of open parking. Nice view of mountains out the back. Kids enjoyed free breakfast.

No spoon or fork available in room for when using microwave. Would prefer actual milk not powdered for coffee.

Room was clean and very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful!

We went down between 6:30-7 to get breakfast then check out, however the selection had been all picked over. Nothing left. So we just checked out and stopped at Starbucks. Guess we needed be down there right at 6am Otherwise wise if give a 10+

The staff was unbelievably amazing in every way. I lost my ring while I was there and they found it and mailed it back to me. They were absolutely incredible and I would definitely stay there just because of them.

Room was comfortable and clean. Liked that the carpets had been replaced with flooring. Host/hostess were very accommodating.

Swimming pool is in need of some attention, jacuzzi was on the green color side.

Lady at breakfast was so lovely and very helpful. Nice coffee and orange juice. Lovely comfortable beds and nice showers. Would stay here again if ever in the area.

Had lots of luggage. Should have requested a downstairs room. But it was doable. Not really a moan as needed the exercise after all the gorgeous food I had eaten !

I think it’s well managed motel. Clean, organized, and well run. It’s conveniently located in Bishop.

It’s still a typical motel building. I was staying in 1st floor. I can hear a lot of noise from above.
