Loved your souvenir shop, Public bath and all the amenities in the room and at the public bath. The restaurant food was good and we had an amazing service. Thank you Hotel Ichii. We hope to see you again soon.

Small room slippers. (My husband is is size 13 shoe)

The room is spacious, the buffet breakfast and dinner were fantastic. The location is just next to Yubatake. The staff was friendly and polite. The Onsen has 3 indoor pools with different temperatures and it also has one outdoor with a beautiful garden.

The room feels a bit outdated and there were some marks on the wall. The food for breakfast and dinner were all the same while we were there. We stayed 3 nights and there were no new dishes at all. After the third day, we knew what to expect and the dinner buffet felt ordinary.

Kaiseki meals in elegant dining room were superb.Good English support in the dining room. Very central location. Futons were OK when double layer of 2 futons was used. Could open the window for fresh air. 30000 yen for Friday night, 39000 yen for Saturday night for 2 people including amazing meals. Room old but clean. Size comfortable but not big. Very quiet. Modest private bathroom and toilet appreciated. Quite nice hotel onsen.

Air conditioner could only be set at low, medium or high. Temperature was not adjustable. Room humidifier was so noisy we turned it off. Thick wooden door between entry vestibule and room. Use the recessed handle. I got a splinter holding the wood to pull the door.

Love the buffet breakfast and dinner. Plenty of options and all delicious!! Location is right bang in the centre so it is super convenience. Onsen is nice and clean.

Room is a bit outdated. Toilet has this urine smelly could be from the sulphur. One corner of the room is mouldy. Needs an upgrade for the room.

Fantastic location! Right in the center of town overlooking the hot spring water feature. There’s even a lounge on the second floor where you can overlook it. The indoor and outdoor onsens were excellent. Hotel staff were extremely attentive. Facilities were well kept. Did not dine at the hotel so I cannot say how the food was.

The customer service is excellent. The staff is awesome. The parking attendants are extremely helpful and polite. It is something that we appreciated very much. The breakfast and dinner are great. They are great experiences for new visitors. The location is amazing. It is right next to Yubatake. The inside of the hotel room is a bit dated but it gives you a taste of the traditional Japanese room. The public bath is great as well

Location, service , facilities, food are great. Hotel ichii offered wheelchair which my 94 year old father was able to use it inside and outside the hotel. It was a big bonus for us.

We stayed for two nights, and both nights’ dinner were the same menu, little disappointed by it.

The Onsen was great and the location was great. Service was impeccable and the onsen facilities was great.

No aircon but the hotel provided a fan which sufficed. The decor was a bit out dated and needed an uplift. The lobby doesn't have any ice water, only hot water was available

Provided good sample of hair care , body lotion and facial product inside the onsen bath. Good onsen.

Hotel room with no aircon, avoid going during summer time. My room facing west, it was very hot during afternoon time, at night was ok as temperature dropped a lot .I have visited during end of May.

Good facilities, great staffs, great location. Although there’re some hiccups , handled by very professional and compassionate staffs. Greatly appreciated. Thank you all for helping us during our stay. Recommend.
