Very clean. Excellent staff. We are a vegan couple and they offered us many options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They are very serviceable and helpful. The room was bigger than we expected, with bath and shower (yes, both) in one side, wash basin and the toilet in its own compartment. The bed linnen was clean (no hairs, no stains). There was a flat screen TV with Hindi and English channels. A mini-fridge, table with chair, sofa and coffe table. The A/C worked perfectly and was very silent. We were able to order room service and they offered a laundry service (at very reasonable prices). They will also set-up transport to go see the temples (Mahabodhi for example) which I recommend since walking is almost 1 hour and it gets hot fast (Bodh Gaya is at around 33°C with 75% humidity in early October). They offer transport to the Gaya JN train station and Gaya airport. They have 24-hour reception.

Bodh Gaya is a bit dusty so think about taking eye protective glasses if you are sensitive. If you have to travel to or from the hotel around noon there is a lot of traffic, plan ahead! It took us almost two hours to get to the train station (we left before noon and arrived at 13h30). Usually it takes 25 minutes. Thankfully the hotel-arranged transport was very comfortable and had A/C.

The breakfast and the meals were excellent and covered various cuisines around the world. The chefs including Sanjay under Naseem the head chef who was always around checking things did an excellent job. Sunil Kumar the Restaurant Manager was efficient and so were the Reception staff- Nayan who made our check in seamless. Special mention to the other Reception staff Saif and the others whose names I forget who always served us with a smile. The staff who carried our baggage and the watchman all did a wonderful job.

Sunil and Gaddu was in charge of our fabulous breakfast with fresh hot servings of masala cheese dosai, puri, scrambled eggs, cheese omelette, masala tea. Excellent breakfast that was very good. Very nice staff that served all our needs. Quiet comfortable beds.

Not much to complain about other than the sink was clogged.

The location was good. Staff at reception was excellent. They were very helpful, kind and cooperative. The food was quite good. The room was quite large and spacious.

Maintainance could be better. There were damp patches in the ceiling. Most importantly, there were lot of mosquittoes at night in the room.

It’s perfectly located near the airport, clean and comfortable rooms with good staff and amazing food

High and variable charges for the taxi if you book it from the hotel, at reception one day staff informed me about the fair from hotel to the airport around 1000 inr and next same person asked me 1200 for the same route. I think they need a price template which will avoid confusion

The ambience of the hotel specially in the reception lobby is very nice. Rooms (we stayed in Deluxe Double Room, 2adults +2 children) are spacious and facilities in the rooms are good.

Location and lack of swimming pool.

The overall stay was better and the hotel was a little further from station but not an issue to reach. Staff was friendly and very reachable.

The food choice was not great.

The hotel was well-maintained nicely located and the room service super fast. Location is very convenient and easy to reach Mahabodhi temple. Staff are so nice they always ready to lift your concerns and make you feel like home away from.home.

Excellent experience. This is my fourth visit to bodhgaya, I stayed in other hotels but this hotel make my surprisingly excellent 👌 . They have such a staff with all smiling faces. Rooms were neat and clean bathroom. Food are good.

The property is excellent. However, the approach road is under construction at the moment. But otherwise, excellent property. I will go back.
