I got a recently renovated apartment on the ground floor and everything was brand new. Great bathroom, good appliances.

Since there’s no reception, communication is through a phone operator, so you have to wait to have your requests/ questions answered. It’s a pity: I wanted to extend my stay bur since it took them some hours to react, I had to find accommodations elsewhere. Maybe next time!

Very good location. Practical apartment. Had all we needed for a three night stay waiting to move into our new house. Yes - it’s a bit dated and furniture has some minor stains, but the apartment was clean and everything worked as it should. We were on the first floor and as an added bonus we had a small balcony by the fire stairs. We had a few questions before moving in and staff was very helpful both by phone and email. I was a bit worried because of reviews but we were very happy with our stay.

Convenience for our needs

On basis of staying here a few years ago we booked quickly on memory of a good experience without going into detail, we would have liked a little more facilities like a microwave and delft which would have facilitated a light meal or two, but this was an expectation which careful reading of details would have clarified .

It was quite spacious. Nice hot shower. Clean. Warm space. Metro around the corner.

It was scary as we were unable to get in as we were sent the wrong pin. After an hour luckily another lady had to check in and she got in. Without her we would have not been able to get in the check in box either. We were unable to call anybody. No phone number was working. No staff to tell you where the room is. Very confusing 😕. Only through luck we got in from the freezing cold. There was no staff at all for any info.

It was ok, a spacious studio apartment. It was easy to find, easy to check-in, and quite nice overall. Location is great, close to the centre, many vendors around to grab a bite.

Pillows were not our cup of coffee, but for a one-night stay it was just fine.

Everything was perfect except cleanliness especially the number of days like room service after 4 days but it was once only. Still, it is clean, rightly placed, with very cooperative staff and for me, it is a perfect location, business and leisure.

Location excellent, room functional.

Very difficult to talk with a human being by phone or email in case of need prior to check-in.

Spacious accommodation. I travelled alone, but the room is comfortable for even 3 persons.

There is no sink for hand washing in the wc (only on the bedroom bathroom)

Great location and service! Super clean and efficient check in and out process. Very flexible for adding an extra night although quite expensive.

WiFi was VERY slow

Bedroom and shower upstairs on mezzanine, toilet downstairs. Very inconvenient. Curtain mechanism damaged. Carpet outside door torn. Place needs upkeep.
