Location was great, it was a 5 minutes walk to Grand Batam Mall. There's eateries and spa centres nearby as well. Room was simple. nice and clean. Breakfast was okay. They have an upgrading in some part of the building from 10am to 5pm, noise level was okay, bearable, as the loudest was at the lobby. so no issue for us.

The toilet and shower area could have been cleaner with thorough cleaning. Towels were not as white as they should be.

The bed was comfortable and the location was amazing. Just a short walk to GBM and other eating places. The staff were friendly too! For the price, it was so worth it!! Would come back!

The building is a lil old but still well maintained. Only thing that bothered me a lil was the toilet door was looking old and had some ventilation window to the room so it was so cold to shower even with the heater on. Also, one if the lift was broken or on maintenance so waiting for the only lift left was too long. We also heard a lot of loud drilling at 9am so it was not that pleasant.

All about this hotel. Stay very efficient, friendly, helpful and responsive. Food especially breakfast foods really yummy. Until now I really remembered the taste of nasi goreng, very delicious. Room very clean and comfortable. Wifi no lagging.

Looby and cafe temperature need to take action. Cool but still can feel discomfort. Toilet space little bit small. One person per time.

The location is walking distance to Batam Grand Mall and BCC, food court and massage places. The bed is very comfortable, although it will be perfect if the air con does its job well. The hotel staff are very polite and take my feedback very seriously.

The aircon is not working well, it could not cool the room effectively.

Breakfast was good but the omelette was kind of small the rest OK... Coffee maker is good but waiting for refill so waste of time The bread corner & salad not really attractive.... Fresh milk & chocolate milk must always Wash & change hygiene purpose.... 1 Mie goreng 1 rice & soto will be great Potatoes , baked beans , vegetables & meat will be fine.... Room shower head water too small should change the hose type... The plug too far from the bed

I love the bath. I booked this for the bathtub. highly recommend doing this + getting 2hr Bali massage nearby. it was hot weather when I came, I pmuch just stayed in the hotel and watched TV.

the shampoo. I had very bad hair day from it. bring your own if you have dry/bleached hair etc.

There is a Grand Batam Mall less than 5 minutes away from the hotel. It takes about ten minutes to walk to places like A2 food center and Batam City Square. The room is decently sized. The staff were friendly, and I was given a connecting room as requested.

Looks like an old hotel. The toilet has mold, yellow stains are present in the toilet bowl and it appears that the towel provided is a bit dirty, so I'm thankful that I purchased a disposable towel to use instead.

The rather bad & unfavourable reviews does not reflect the actual status of the hotel. All the staff were very accommodating and kind. The receptionist Ms Hiromi was very professional and patient. She went into great lengths to explain the exchange rate of payment and all requested additionals to the room booking was met. The breakfast was great with exceptional daily changover of the menu. The room service is done on a daily basis with issuance of fresh towels and the cleaniness of the room is exceptional. The room came with a smart tv for easy surfing of websites or youtube. Cosy and the bed was comfortable! TV was a smart tv that has NetFlix!

Some water stains can be found on thr bedside lamps. Shower placement is a bit too high and it can cause it to splash outside the shower area. Shower corner is abit too small.

Breakfast has variety, good spread Good front counter service especially from a young sweet lady on morning duty. Didn't catch her name

Shower space is quite crampy & water spills over to dry area. Dustbin should have plastic bag placed for rubbish
