This place was outstanding. The property was incredible, spacious and spotless, and set in the middle of nature with monkeys, hornbills and water buffalo to see from the large and clean infinity pool. Hiew, the host, and his team were brilliant, Hiew in particular giving us lots of advice and helping us organise a hire car (well worth it and easy driving) and a mangrove tour (picked up and dropped off at premises). Breakfast was prepared and each day we had a different exceptional Malay breakfast that started us off nicely for the day. All 5 of us agree that this was the best place we have ever stayed.

It would be a wee bit of a walk to town but being in the jungle (did not get bitten once by mosquitoes btw) you would expect that. Grabs were cheap, quick and plentiful. We hired a car for 80 MYR a day and that was worth it. Driving in Langkawi is easy, just watch out for the monkeys.

We rented all three rooms for our family stay and were very well looked after. The breakfasts were amazing, and Hiew gave very helpful advice on how to explore the island. He is a very kind and knowledgeable host. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The property is well located. The pool was very welcome after a busy day's exploring.

The only thing to be aware of is that there is construction site opposite the property (not shown in any of the photos). It was quite noisy on our first day, with cement trucks coming and going and other construction noise. After the first day, it did not bother us much and work finished at about 6pm. But it did mean we did not want to sit out on the balcony and relax during the day.

The owner was very welcoming and informative. The villa was very spacious and clean. There were sufficient facilities and a really big private pool! Location was quiet and scenic.

Just need some simple maintenance on things like locks and water pressure.

Everything was perfect. Far from the crowds but close enough to main hot spot. Very clean, luxurious, spacious, clean toilet, great breakfast. Literally nothing to complain. Owner very accommodative. In the middle of paddy fields and mountain view

Hiew was a fantastic host, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at his villa. Our room was spacious, with a lovely patio that added to the charm. The swimming pool was a highlight, and we appreciated that it was cleaned daily. Hiew’s attentiveness and willingness to share his local knowledge made our experience even more special. His tips and insights were incredibly helpful for exploring Langkawi. I cannot recommend this place highly enough as a perfect base for anyone visiting Langkawi.

My team stayed during the LIMA event. Normally, it takes about 20 minutes to get from the airport to the villa, but due to LIMA, it took almost 2 hours. Fortunately, the villa owner was very kind and waited patiently until my team arrived till 7:00pm. Don’t be scared—on the way to the villa, you might feel a bit lost at first. But don’t worry, once you arrive, you’ll feel calm and at peace. Surrounded by nature and the soothing sounds of insects, it truly brings back the nostalgic vibes of a traditional kampung.

The host was friendly and had many great recommendations for how to spend our four days on the island. Each morning he surprised us with a different local breakfast, as well as providing croissants, toast and other pastries. The place itself is a short drive from the Pantai Cenang and it is definitely walkable too (30 min or so). The location is peaceful and green, and we saw lots of monkeys close by. We had the place including the pool to ourselves, and it was spacious for a family of five.

We got the villa all to ourself which is so great including the private pool. The rooms are all so clean and smells so good. The breakfast are so nice and have a lot of food. The owner, Mr Hiew is very welcoming and recommended all the good place in Langkawi. We follow his advice to go shopping chocolate in TS Shop. Everyday i get mesmerised by the villa because the design is so cantik. The architectural design are designed by Mr Hiew himself, like he said. Plus point, ada cute cat 🐈 very friendly. Overall our family loved it :)

-Thought all the room is connected but my bad for not investigating first the structure of villa. -The journey to the place is a bit scary at night (small road) but after 3 days we got used to it and felt safe.

This place is truly a sanctuary. We felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. Everything was of a very high standard. The location and facilities were excellent The property is well maintained and very clean. The gardens and pool area were a feature, and we spent many enjoyable hours by them. The host took great care and pride in everything he did. Breakfasts were thoughtfully prepared giving us a wide range of tastes. His local knowledge which he freely shared added immensely to our stay.Cannot recommend this place highly enough. We look forward to a return visit.

Leaving We stayed nine nights and could have stayed even longer

It is such a beautiful location and home. We could not have been made more welcome. The rooms are so spacious and the hosts super friendly. We were made a different local breakfast each morning plus we had fruit yoghurt and pastries. The location is very close to Cenang beach but it is so quiet like being in a quiet village. Taxi to Cenang beach only 7 myr
