Room was good. Location to food and a walk around the lake and area was nice

During check-in the staff were talking Dutch and totally ignored me and my colleague. Not even a simple glance Would have been nice to at least been told to "please wait a minute' or something. Then after my colleague checked in and it was my turn the other staff worked returned and they again discussed things in Dutch - so I could not follow what was what - but the lady checking me in had to redo several things on the computer while they were talking - so her concentration was on the talking and not the paying customer in front of her. They could have waited the 5 minutes to check us in properly. Still a nice hotel and not a show stopper for future stays but they should focus on the people paying - customer.

Solid breakfast every morning. Breakfast included bacon, eggs, fruits, breads, juices and coffee. The large room was clean and perfect for my 2 week stay. The staff was very professional.

The coffee machine worked about half the time when I was there. I know this might sound kind of miniscule but coffee is a MUST every morning for me. Other than that, no complaints.

Very clean and comfortable. Cozy room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast in the morning, nothing too heavy, but fresh with warm croissants. Very nice little lobby/sitting room where one can relax.

Parking could be a bit limited during the week, but there is a parking lot right across the street one can use as well.

The location was convenient. Quiet and near the city center, close to a beautiful park. Friendly and helpful staff. A nice breakfast every morning, except for the Sunday I was there. I will be staying there again in the future,

Everything :) I stayed for 3 nights and would definitely stay again. My biggest surprise was the fact that my room had a balcony and it was amazing. Great staff! The owner (or manager) took the time to transport me to my interview as uber and taxi did not arrive - highly appreciated!

Nothing I can mention.

- quiet area with a few restaurants and a small park nearby - they have their own small parking in front of the hotel - the quality of the personal hygiene products (douchegel,shampoo en handsoap) was high. -They have a small inner garden,where you can sit in the evening. - In my room there was a FULLsized fridge,microwave oven and ironing board (which is extremely rare for a 3* hotel) - the breakfast starts from 7:30. This is convenient if you stay there for work or want to go out early

It is not exactly something that I didn't like but it might have influence on some people (if you are very tall or a little claustrophobic). The ceiling of my room was a little low, around 2m. So you have to discuss it in advance with the lovely receptionists. :)

someone hit the wall at 10PM probably complaining for noise coming from my room but i was just preparing the suitcase for next day so either the hotel walls are not properly insulated for sound or the other room occupant was having an exaggerated reaction

Very friendly staff, clean and quiet room, great location, nice breakfast. Very close to Brunssummerheide, which was the purpose of our visit. Would stay again!

The only thing I can think of is that the room we got was in the corner and therefore very dark.

Good location. Nice sorrounding. Good breakfast. Exemplary cleaninness. Pleasant and helpfull staff.

Some of the rooms a quite small, might not be preferable for longer stays (all depends on the availability)

The spa bath was fab. Everything was clean and luxurious. Reception staff were excellent and looked after my rucksack prior to check-in.

Bed was a tiny bit hard and wasn’t expecting the pool to be so small. Everything else was great.
