The room was cute and comfortable, updated, well configured. Pics are accurate. Kitchen had a stove top, enough dishes. Great location for skiing. It was close to the Belvedere Ski cable car- quick lift to the Belvedere Ski Area in Val di Fassa and the Sellaronda. They had storage lockers for skis, but we just got a locker right by the lift that we used instead. We rented a car, so we also rented one of the garage boxes which was extra $. Turns out we didn't really need that. They had a washer dryer! (We were traveling for six weeks, so that was a great perk.)Staff was nice.

Excellent place to stay. The stupid campsite opposite doesn't allow reservations, and when we arrived, it was full. This can ruin your holiday if you're planning to camp. Residence Contrin thankfully had space for us and it was a beautiful apartment that easily accommodated 5 adults on a mtb holiday. We liked it so much, we stayed the whole week. Excellent value for money, clean, private parking, balcony overlooking the mountains and all the facilities you need. Staff couldn't do enough to help. Ditch the camping, stay here.

It is a great location, is very comfortable to move around the Dolomites, has a nice view from the room, and has a Cool vibe. The team is very responsive and helpful, we had an issue with the stove one day, and the lady at the reception really tried everything to help us, came to the room and checked, and in the end, moved us to an even better room to make sure we can cock dinner. We will definitely check this place again the next time we travel to the Dolomites.

The beds can be more comfortable, but in terms of money value - It's fine.

The property has everything you need for living and skiing. It is 3 min walk to a ski lift. There is a very convenient garage downstairs and a warm ski room with lockers and boot warmers. The staff were very helpful. We had to leave 3 days earlier and they changed our reservation and didn’t charge us for the days that we missed. It was a great surprise.

The rooms are a bit on a smaller side but we fit perfectly in one bedroom apartment with 2 kids.

Room was clean, hotel has underground parking, spacious balcony, all needed dishes, small kitchen with fridge and other details.

We were visiting with family of 4 and we were cooking our own meal - for such number of people the apartment and the kichen was too small - it was hard to move inside easily. Though i believe this setting works better wirh older kids and for someone who mainly nees a good and comfy place to sleep.

Location is good, service is good, comfortable room, easy to park.

The only issue I had was during the first two days, as I experienced an allergic reaction due to the strong chemical sprays used on the bed to improve the room’s scent. Unfortunately, the smell was overwhelming and caused headaches and discomfort at night until it finally aired out.

The apartment was renovated with modern touch, kitchen well equipped and bed comfortable. Additional benefits: all necessities to use the kitchen, fresh towels provided mid-week, plenty of space in ski locker for two person gear. Had no issues finding free parking in the public parking lot in end of March.

The room got quite warm during days. Some noise from the hallway.

Apartment is functional, clean, modern, great position near Belvedere lift. WiFi oK, in the room.

Needs some more dishes in the kitchen like coffe mugs for example. Only small cups or coffee were available. the garage is little tight but OK, worth the price of 5 € per night. TV cant be connected to WIFI, no streaming from mobile or tablet was possible.

Views, food, organization, system and most of all: the hospitality of the crew.

Pershaps maps and adnotations could be improved. Also: one could use more clocks and names of the lifts also inside the queue areas, more maps in visible areas. Sometimes (especially for snowboarders) connector pistas on Sella Ronda were flat - I could use at least a rope-lift or moving floor.

Excellent location with parking in the garage, accommodation clean, quiet, room bigger than I expected. The kitchen is equipped, but I was missing plates and cutlery. Very nice and helpful staff.
