location was amazing, 2 mins from beach. Bed was really comfortable and room well equipped. Happy hour is a must for cocktails.

Nothing, stay wasn’t long enough.

The property is in the central area of the Grace Bay. Convenient to go to the beach & restaurants. Hotel grounds are beautifully landscaped. Staff very friendly and helpful. Supplied us with a Hobie Cat and a kayak at no charge.

There was not hot enough water to fill up the large bathtub, only fills 1 quarter way. The beach staff wasn’t willing to setup the Hobie Cat. We helped to pull up and push back etc. Eventually they did for us three days.

The location was right on the beach. No room was more than 2-3 minutes from the beach and the 2 pools were even closer. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful and couldn’t do enough to help out on everything.

I would be hard pressed to find anything I didn’t like. I really have nothing but positive feelings towards the people and facilities here. We are going to make this an annual event.

I love the grounds and the proximity to the beach. They upgraded the bikes so are not fabulous. Sherman who always greets you is a wonderful addition to the property. The restaurant is wonderful and fairly priced for T&C. The happy hour is a bargain

We got the third floor this time so had a view of the water and over the restaurant and pool. There are not any elevators but it was good for me to keep climbing stairs. :-)

Third time visiting! Love this resort for so many reasons. Beautiful property, very clean and well maintained, friendly staff, units are updated, spacious and comfortable. Resort is beachfront, not too big and has a great onsite bar/restaurant. Would recommend over and over again to others.

Not one thing.

RWI had a wonderful staff and a great location. The property was very clean and well maintained. The beach was beautiful and the amenities were perfect for us.

The bathroom sink was clogged and the toilet plugged up twice. They really need to update the plumbing in our unit.

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was very friendly, and the pools were even nicer than I'd hoped. It was also fun to check out the bikes and paddleboards. I really didn't want to leave and would definitely stay there again.

Beachfront location. Easy to get around to local shopping and restaurants by walking or bike. Beach chairs and umbrellas were nicely set up and were wonderful!

This grounds were impeccable and the pool area was beautiful and quiet ( i was at the quiet pool).

If i had to pick something, The bikes we took out were worn down and in need of some care

The garden view was amazing. I enjoyed sitting out on the patio in the morning taking in the beautiful scenery, feeling the cool breeze coming in from the ocean and listening to the calming music. The entire staff made sure we felt at home away from home.

If there would be anything to complain about I would have to say that my stay was not long enough. 5 days was not enough time to really enjoy everything that Grace Bay has to offer.
