The breakfast was good lots to enjoy with the continental meal. Loved the bacon it was done just right, wished they had home fries though? The pool was wonderful and hot tub was nice wished the jets were higher on the back, but loved it and relaxed. The facility was CLEAN . Loved the walk in shower it was wonderful non slip surface. Our desk clerk, Mr. N. Lazah was so fun to talk with, we liked him.

Staff was fantastic, room and hotel were extremely clean. Bathroom was spacious and room layout worked well for us. Breakfast had a good mix of items and the staff was busy keeping food offerings refreshed.

The mattresses were fine, but not plush. Our room on the 4th floor was very quiet except for road noise, which was noticeable at night. One morning of our stay the eggs and sausage were not hot. These were all minor things, overall we were happy with the hotel.

I was very disappointed that the jacuzzi was broke! I picked your place because I needed that for my joints n back and it was broke all week! I could have stayed somewhere else but I didn’t know it was broke n you’ll didn’t fix it!

I love the cleanliness and the space in our room. The breakfast was great and the people were nice. The location was great and around a lot of stores and food spots.

I loved everything about the stay

Everything at this facility was top notch. The staff, room, breakfast, pool/spa. I can’t think of anything that needs improvement. Thank you for providing a property that was even better than advertised (which never happens). I’d definitely stay there again.

Absolutely nothing

Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Breakfast was also good.

Conditioner/body wash was empty in bathroom. Wish the hot tub had more bubbles.

Located far enough off the highway so there wasn't a lot of traffic or noise, breakfast was really good and sometimes went after 9 am. Lobby was spacious and modern. Pool was small, but jacuzzi was large.

The mini fridge was set to arctic ice.

The Breakfast was the one thing that was disappointing. Coffee was horrible , there was not any milk or waffles. It would be nice if there was more then 2 hangers in the closet

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast the next day was good and all the employees were pleasant. This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in over the last few years.

Close to Cuyahoga National Park. Staff are very nice, polite and patient. Clean. I like the swimming pool and whirlpool.

Reserved the rooms through Booking.com, some misunderstood between booking.com and the hotel. Other than that, all is super.
