Well entire staff under Marcus & LaShanda are the greatest staff ever,l have all their names the greatest customers service ever .Kitchen Staff,House keeper Staff ,Transportation,Everyone make you so comfortable in they smile in talk to you amazing.The food excellent. I love everything

We had late check in but immediately greeted and complimented by reception. Quick check-in. I felt safe and quick access from our room to our car. I love that they had a microwave AND a small fridge in our room. Loved the jetted tub.

Didn't know how to work the air/heat bc we needed to adjust due to jacuzzi tub.

I am very disappointed that I was double charged for our room and no one has called me back or seemed to care about a refund for us being charged twice. We want to stay at this location again, but being double charged and not getting help is very concerning!

The facility was in a great, convenient location for what we were there for, and all staff we encountered were super friendly.

Would have very much appreciated the ability to be given a early check in. Our travels began at 3am for a company employee event at 5pm. We understand that check out is noon and check in 3pm, but find it very hard to believe all rooms become ready right at 3pm....I am confident there was an opportunity to get in to our room before 3pm to rest prior to the event we were there to attend, and understanding/accommodating our request would have been very appreciated.

Our server at breakfast was exceptional…as was the breakfast and food. In fact, the omelet was perhaps the best I have had anywhere…made on site. Our morning desk-hostess was very nice and helpful. With caution, it seems we are returning some what to a new normal to preCovid.

Processing of the online booking became an issue when checking in. It was reported that there were two rooms booked for two different amounts for one room by Booking.com. We knew this was an error. The desk clerk really did not know what to do. We were told this was Booking.com, not Hilton and we would have to settle it with them. A talk with the morning hostess explained the mistake and rectified it immediately prior to our departure. One of the “holds” was removed from the account.

Hated that breakfast wasn’t included in the cost. But it was worth the price. Premium ingredients used for breakfast

I didn't find anything disturbing and the Manager, Marcus was awesome.

Next time I will request a room opposite of the highway. It was very loud from road noise which made it difficult to sleep.

Everything was so clean! The facility was in great shape. The staff was friendly.

I could hear traffic from the interstate that ran beside it. Obviously not the hotel’s fault.

Good location near restaurants and near the airport. The shuttle service was very helpful and the shuttle driver was very friendly and professional.

There was nothing I didn’t like.
