The property was absolutely stunning. I have recommended this hotel to several of my friends and family since being home. From arrival the staff are extremely welcoming and friendly - check you in, offer you a glass of wine, give you plently of information about the island, and take you to the room. The rooms are very modern and luxary vibe, clean, smells fresh when you enter them. The hot tub was lovely - I’ve seen a couple of comments about the hot tub not being HOT but who wants a really hot tub in hot weather? I seen it more as a warm pool It was around 17degrees when I was there end of April, with abit of wind and with really hot times of the day and it was lovely to get into. On the odd occasion whilst having a day in the hotel the reception girls would come and offer a glass of wine. Fantastic service They is no shop or food and drink on the hotel premises. However the staff will organise breakfast to be delivered for you to enjoy at your balcony. They will even organise takeaways in the evening to be delivered to you. They did also offer transfer service - however we used booking.com for our transfers as they were around half the price. The hotel is in good location. You can walk left out of the gate and find a little shop with snacks & drinks. And also a place for gyros 🥙 Or you could walk right out of the hotel gate to lots of restaurants, amazing views, bars, souvenir shops & breakfast locations. The actual hotel itself is located in the middle of Santorini island - which was perfect - we hired a quad bike for 3 days and managed to travel to different points up and down the island several times. We seen everything.

They wasn’t anything that we didn’t like. It generally was a beautiful hotel. My ONLY suggestion - is to perhaps put a few sun loungers in the empty space on the top floor next to reception. This is only because we had to check out at 11am - however wasn’t getting picked up till 4pm. 🕓 And whilst the hotel offered to held our luggage for us, they wasn’t really anything for us to do for 5 hours unless we wanted to walk around shops for 5 hours… Would of been perfect with a few sun loungers / chill area that we could use after check out (they do have a big empty space for it) and I don’t mean anything extravagant- just 4 sun loungers or something! However - this isn’t fault of the hotel, I was already fully aware we had to check out at 11am when booking this hotel.

From the moment we were at the gate on arrival and saw the exceptional view we knew we’d made the right choice! Zoe was a fabulous host and available for anything anytime! When we opened the door the the room we were blown away! so beautiful, clean and a feeling of upmarket! being able to sit in the spa and watch the sunset every night before walking out to dinner was superb! the location is brilliant! can walk everywhere! thankyou so much for a wonderful and memorable stay!

Pillows were too big/ thick ( but that’s a minor personal thing) would have been nice to be able to hand the spa warmer of an evening/ night as when the wind comes up hill and sun goes down it gets to cold!

The host always replied to our questions quickly. It was also very friendly and helpful, ready to help us in every need. The room had all the commodities needed, like hair dryer, iron, coffee, tea, cutlery, and had a very luxurious look. The room and the outside area has a beautiful view over Thirasia and the Caldera. The outside pool had a very nice temperature to watch the sunset.

The entrance to the rooms was common, which forced the guest to walk in front of the other rooms before reaching theirs (and ours was the first, which lacked a lot of privacy).

Beautiful new apartment. Finished to very high standard. Really central, private and quiet and not overlooked by passer-by’s or other apartments. Better than many apts we seen in Oia for a fraction of the price. Not inexpensive but worth every penny for the quality, service and position. Staff were all lovely they kept apts and hot tubs spotlessly clean. Gave recommendations for restaurants which were all excellent. Would highly recommend these apartments

Nothing everything was perfect

Location-Perfect. Very short walk from main road and about 10min walk from bus station which connects you to: Airport, Oia and different parts of the island. View-Perfect. We watched the sunset set every night from balcony in the hot tub. Room facilities-Perfect.Air conditioning kept room very chill which made it pleasant after being in the sun. Staff-Couldn’t be more helpful. We arrived at 1am where the receptionist Zoe was waiting at the main road to guide us to the hotel. Zoe kept in touch via WhatsApp during our journey from airport to the hotel. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel!

Tip to all Foreign tourists… use normal and official taxis colored grey. The trip from the airport costs €15 and there are many waiting in a line outside the airport.

Our stay was exceptional. The room was perfect, recently renovated and the whole suite looked fantastic and felt modern whilst still keeping some of that authenticity being built into the cliff. The view was incredible from the balcony, it was the perfect place to enjoy the sunset with a bottle of wine,, and it was just close enough to Thira to be an easy walk, but far out enough to be quiet, and there was still enough around for convenience. The most welcoming staff, who were absolutely wonderful for our entire stay, Even after we checked out, they still held our bags whilst we went riding, and then let us shower when we got back before we left. Such accomadating and genuinely helpful people. I can't recommend Aura Suites enough. Staying here was a genuine delight!

Very nice room, clean and cosy. The personal very kind and friendly 😊 The location is very good, not so loud and we had a private. Nice view on the sea and sun set.

The best part of our trip ! The room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the views were out of this world. The private pool was amazing during the day when it was too hot to walk in town. The staff were so friendly and so accommodating and helped with any questions we had. Restaurants close by. Main town of Fira is about a 10 minute scenic walk. The views are incredible. Bus stop to take you to Oia is about a 15 minute walk. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Santorini!!
