Location, if you are traveling and need a strategic stop, this location is perfect because is right next to I35 which makes your commute a little easier. We paid less than $100 for our room with discounts through booking.com.. so, it's not luxurious but it does the job, We wanted to be close to Dell Diamond and this hotel was about 15 minutes away from the ballpark. My wife got breakfast and said it was good. There's a bar next to the hotel, you can go there walking, I didn't go but it was crowded that Saturday night.

Just one elevator, can take a while to use it if the hotel is crowded. This was a stop for the night of our way back home in north texas, there's no businesses around like grocery stores, gas stations, fast food restaurants, you will need to drive a bit for that but you will find all of that within 5-10 min drive. There's a tavern in front of the hotel, walking distance, but didn't go. For the price, I think it filled our expectations.

The hot breakfast every morning but it would of been nice to have a variety each day or every couple of days.. Hotel was very clean. Staff was very accommodating.

There seemed to be a natural gas odor every morning in our hallway on the 4th floor. Could of been coming from the kitchen when cooking breakfast cause we did not smell it in our room or in the evening. We are smokers that would never book a smoking room but would of liked to have had seating or nice area where we could smoke.outside. All in all I would stay there again

helpful staff, great grounds for dogs, good breakfast, good air, good work station with multiplug access, frig was new, internet had to be reset then worked well for my 2 days and was high speed, good mattress, a well managed hotel. The area is a shoppers paradise and has every restaurant you can name.

proximity to bars resulted in a few rowdies and their noise in the early morning but wasn't too annoying. This to be expected in a hotel in this price range in an urban area with night life

Breakfast was good and the room was in excellent conditions

I didn’t like that the elevator was out of order for the whole time I was there and with my bad knee walking up 2 flight of stairs was not good, also arriving late evening no parking due to the large crowd of ppl using our parking while they were going to that bar in front of hotel

All the staff was very nice and helpful, the facility and pool was clean.. very good breakfast.

The bed was hard and soft. We didn't like the pillows. The pillows was to flimsy and not firm. The 20 Oz bottles of soda sold in lobby is to pricey. They are cheaper at the store. The air Conditioner to the room didn't cool the room down good enough,

The staff went above and beyond to help me with checking in we were having a problem checking in via booking.com... she was exceptional in handling the issue at hand... Also love the Sports bar and restaurant just a walk away.. didn't have to drive out to grab something to eat

Bathroom draining was blocked or clogged... Maybe been the previous visitor but cleaners could have noticed and maybe called maintenance so as to fix the problem

Great location, nearby everything. Ample parking. Great staff. Nice size rooms. Loved having a fridge and microwave in the room. OMG, super convenient.

The pillows are not comfortable. It would've been nice to have a comforter in the room. The ice machine are not on every floor so it was a bit much to go between floors for ice. Ice machines are on floors 1 and 3 only.

I'm in a wheelchair and I have a pet with me. The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful. I liked the motel, it was like 'past was glamorous'. I love things with a sense of history. Loved, loved, loved the accessible bathroom!

There were the usual noisy guests and the fire alarm went off a few times, from someone cooking!

Staff was professional and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was hot and the coffee was delicious.

The air unit was too loud.It prevented me from falling asleep. The elevator was very slow .

The breakfast was great. The location was perfect for us.

Broken window on the second floor in the back of the facility. Unattended to for two weeks. Looks shabby needs to be addressed. The pool was very clean but the pool furniture needs to be replaced.
