Our host was wonderful. Her English was very good. She served us a wonderful breakfast! The location for the hotel is good. Only 15 minute walk from the train station. And right across from the Fosse Dionne. It was also right below St Peter's church. Our room was large and spacious, as was the bathroom. And it had a small terrace for sitting outside. The view was nothing exceptional but it was pleasant.

Our host was wonderful and engaging. If you want a hotel where you just check-in and check-out without engaging with anyone, then this might not be the place for you. Our host prepared our breakfast personally and served it personally together with the other guests - like a big family meal.

Beautiful bedroom and excellent breakfast. On our last day we had to catch an early train and were delighted to find a superb bagged breakfast waiting for us at the door. Thank you!

The very steep spiral staircase that we had to use at night coming back from dinner was not lighted at all... very dangerous and totally unsuitable for people with mobility difficulties. The main entrance, better suited for people coming in, was closed at night because bikes! were kept in the entrance hall. The bikes should be kept in the back courtyard and the guests should be able to use the main entrance.

Excellent position right next to the famous spring. Room was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast very generous and held in an interesting studio space

We had trouble calling the owner on arrival so she could unlock the door to let us in.

The property has lots of character inside overlooking the Dosse de Dionne. The bedroom was cool and comfortable, ny electricbike was secure and the breakfast was everything I would expect.

It was quite expensive for one person.

A good location in Tonnerre. The farm is an ancient building with lovely and interesting refurbishment. We stayed in the Astronomy room, with photos of scientists in the lounge. Breakfast was a good continental with excellent choices for tea. The owners recommended restaurants and sites to visit.

It’s good to have our own entrance but the spiral staircase was daunting.

A lovely old property in the town centre in a quiet narrow street. We were given a very friendly welcome and shown a facility to wash our bikes and somewhere to leave our bags until the 1500 check in time. We were given a map of the town with some suggestions for sight seeing and a recommended restaurant. The host had thoughtfully left us extra blankets for the beds.

The beds were very old and creaky. The bathroom fan was noisy and ran all night. we were unable to turn it off.

La Ferme is an amazing characterful property in a very ‘real’ French town with hidden corners and architecture. It was wonderfully clean and we loved our stay. Great breakfast with an amazing choice of very special infusions. Lots of local knowledge which was super. Thank you

The host is super friendly and helpful. Location is superb, the rooms are very clean and breakfast delicious and fresh. The surroundings are enchanting with lots of architecture to see and delicious and well priced restaurants to eat in. Hope to return in the future as we have more to see.
