This place is amazing value for money. The setting is absolutely gorgeous, the gardens, the pool area and the seating area, where you can order delicious food, are all beautifully enhanced by the incredible backdrop. Rolling green countryside surrounded by the mountains, it’s just stunning. Yes it’s a little out of town so your own transport would help but I got the shuttle the family offer for 40 baht each way into Pai one late afternoon and was picked up later in the evening when I messaged them. The cottages are in walking distance of Pai Canyon (1km). There is also a beautiful coffee shop (28 November Coffee) 1km up the hill towards Pai with one of the best outdoor seating areas to have a coffee you will find. The staff at the cottages are so friendly and helpful and my whole stay was so relaxing and serene. As a keen walker I was also happy to stroll around the surrounding countryside and one morning I walked the 5km to Tha Pai Hot Springs and walked back again after enjoying the waters. If you are after a bit of peace and tranquillity you will find it here.

Beautiful location with stunning views of the mountains. Very peaceful and relaxing. My cottage was spacious and in such lovely surroundings. The staff are very kind and friendly. We didn't have transport but we could use the shuttle service to get us in and out of town quickly and easily. We enjoyed smoothies on the hammocks every morning. Highly recommend!

It's not in the town but it's within walking distance to Pai Canyon which is well worth a visit. We didn't mind as we chilled by the pool every morning and then the shuttle took us into town. At night we could sleep soundly in the quiet surroundings.

The most beautiful hotel in a stunning location with perfect facilities!! The rooms are beautifully furnished, and having booked the cheapest room available we were so happy with the privacy of the hut and the lovely outside area with a hammock :) The restaurant food was delicious and well priced, and the shuttle service made it very easy to get to and from the town centre. This shuttle service stops at 9, so if you want to return to the hotel later than this simply speak to a taxi service in the town and arrange a time to be taken back - some people have an issue with the location of this hotel and find it difficult to get back without a bike, however we have never ridden a moped and found it easy to get back through other means ie town taxi services. The further-out location is 100% worth it for the stunning views and tranquil peace and quiet, and we very much preferred being away from the centre. All the staff were so sweet and helpful, and we had our room cleaned daily with water replaced too. If you do not have a room with a hammock there is a lovely seating area next to the pool with hammocks instead, so many places to chill and relax! A gorgeous hotel which we will be returning to at every chance we get, we could not recommend it more!! :)

The view from the room was the nicest view we've ever had when going on holiday. The room was clean and spacious and made for a perfect place to chill during our 3 night stay. The owners are also super lovely, we love the fact it is locally owned. They are based out of town so a scooter is required. But they offer a super cheap shuttle service to the main town which is very convenient. The swimming pool is also really nice. Should we ever visit Pai again, we agreed we'd stay here again.

- Hand soap could be supplied in the bathroom - You could feel the springs in the mattress - Sometimes the AC is too cold, a ceiling or wall fan would've been a nice alternative

Amazing staff, very friendly and helpful. We loved the location. It is about 6km from the center of Pai, in the middle of farmland, looking over cornfields and palm trees. The kitchen prepared very nice breakfasts/dinners and very reasonably priced. They have a shuttle service into town at only 40 baht per person as well as free parking for people that rent scooters/cars. The pool is nice and refreshing after a day of exploring. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again! Excellent value.

We got a few bug bites while lounging on our porch at night. My advice would be to bring insect replent.

We loved our stay at the KuadKhonThoe Pai Cottage - the location was incredible with amazing views and facilities including beautiful swimming pool, common area with hammocks and dining area (with delicious and great value food) that were all so beautiful - we loved it all just relaxing and enjoying the beautiful views. We walked around the local village and countryside / fields and spent a day at the nearby hot springs (we walked there and back and that was perfectly doable) - this was fun except we had to do with two-minute noodles for lunch and be grateful for that, as there was no food place there other than a little shop that opened for a few hours (I imagined there would be a restaurant nearby so we were not prepared for that). All in all, it was a lovely stay for a couple of nights that was just perfect - a nice change from the Pai town proper that was good to stay in for a couple of nights to be near the Pai Walking Street and to do the motorbike day out of visiting all the local 'sights' but not that amazing otherwise. The staff were all very helpful and lovely and the shuttle to and from the town was very convenient - what an amazing service to be able to go to town anytime at such a good price. I would highly recommend staying here rather than (or in addition to) the Pai town itself.

This place is a dream! The owners and staff are so lovely and helpful. We had an issue with the aircon which was fixed within an hour. The owner also helped us with a scooter issue when the lock was jammed, calling the scooter company for us and they came out to fix it. The restaurant food is fresh and delicious. We used the shuttle service in and out of town a fair bit too which was super handy. The room was very clean and cleaned every day with fresh towels. Really chill place about 10 min out of Pai centre you definitely feel like you're in another world. Would stay again and definitely recommend 😁 Thanks guys!

There were lovely views around and plenty of places to sit and enjoy this. The staff were extremely helpful and nice. Although shuttle service to and from Pai is offered at 40thb per person, which is a very good price compared to the local taxis. They also kindly arranged a taxi to Pai as we had to leave early in the morning which was 200thb. They nicely reset our room each day, turning down the bed, cleaning the room a bit and providing us with new water in the fridge each day, which is a nice additional touch. Their restaurant area is really nice and all the food we had was so nice and definitely good value for money.

The only notable thing is that their restaurant closes at 7pm, which seems quite early but understandable as the family needs time to enjoy their evening too. I think it could be open a bit later or the closing time could be noted in the booking information, which would be helpful to people if they are arriving later than the closing time.

The property is set in the beautiful countryside, the views are stunning! I loved the swimming pool, but for me, the thing that was wonderful, the staff! I think the staff are just fabulous! The lady in the kitchen, I have forgotten how to spell her name, but she was so lovely, and I will miss her. Thank you

I suppose the only draw back for me, as I didn’t have a motorbike, was the distance from town, but that made where it was more special. I was given a lift into town and back numerous times, without any problems. Also I was told about a lovely walk to Pai, 1.5 hours, but through the beautiful countryside. ❤️❤️

We had such an amazing time at KuadKhon Thoe Pai Cottage. The staff were all so lovely and friendly and were always smiling and making sure we were okay for everything. There is a lovely pool overlooking the view and the food served was delicious. We got breakfast and dinner there and enjoyed both. It is about a ten minute drive from the town but there is a taxi service from the hotel that they provide at a low fee. It is also in walking distance to Pai Canyon. We actually loved the location as we found it was away from the business of the town and was much more peaceful. We would definitely stay again!
