5-Star Review: A Truly Incredible Stay I can’t say enough good things about my experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely taken care of. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel secure, welcome, and valued. They genuinely made me feel at home. Unfortunately, I had a motorbike accident during my stay and had to extend my time here. The way the team supported me during this tough time was incredible—they ensured I was comfortable, looked after my every need, and helped me feel at ease through the entire situation. It was like being with family. The hotel itself is peaceful, and the atmosphere is so calm and relaxing. Even in the midst of a stressful situation, I was able to find peace and comfort here. It’s a place that truly makes you feel safe, loved, and cared for. I’m so grateful for the kindness and hospitality shown, and I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for not just a place to stay, but a true home away from home. Absolute serenity. The room was beautiful, modern and clean. It had such a comforting feel to it and we slept very well. I loved the decor. Bathroom very nice and also clean and modern. Quiet room even though it was conjoined to other rooms but I feel that most of the people staying here are usually respectfully quiet. I liked having a shared living room it made it feel homely to have a villa and living area. The swimming pool and sauna were the best part. An absolute dream stay. So peaceful with all the bird sounds. Pool area very clean and luxurious views.

Outside people who were not residents coming into the pool area and being loud/nuisances just disturbing the peace. They hadn’t paid to use the facilities and only 4-6 sunbeds around the pool for intended guests to use, there were no staff around the pool to monitor this. Staff weren’t always available at reception to contact or speak to either.

I liked everything here, facilities exceeded my expectations! Room was clean and big, beds were comfy and beddings were like at home, outdoor pool is just insane beautiful, outside space is so well thought and calm. If I will ever come back to Pai, definitely gonna stay at the same place!

For me it was no problem, cause I had a bicycle, but it's around 3 km drive from Pai centre. Definitely a place not for party people.

I didn't like that Burmese people who work there started to speak loud, laughing and singing at 7am. Every day I woke up because of their voices. I didn't like that the lamp in the ceiling was blinking with low light all night. I didn't sleep well because of it. And I didn't like that we didn't have a cleaning at the room and our shower gel and shampoo finished and we didn't have even soap on the 4th day of our staying.

The room was quite cozy but a bit small, though it had everything we needed. I think it’s a good value for money, especially since it’s kinda nice resort itself, have a nice pool and etc.

Walls are quite thin and we stayed in the house which was closest to the road, so there were lots of cars and motorcycles running from 5-6 am. But the manager was nice and gave a discount for us.

Very comfortable, lovely place, clean, friendly and the pool/sauna was lovely. Shared rooms but felt totally safe and lovely to connect with people. Rented a scooter from them too.

It’s quite far away from the town for those who walk, ideally need a scooter, especially as taxis tend to stop working after a certain time

really lovely staff, amazing value for money, beautiful landscape, cute goats, clean and minimalistic, beautifully furnished. 3 bedrooms share one living space, bathroom and outside area but where it is out of Pai, it is quieter so you end up with a huge house to yourself - everyone else seemed to be in the same position, they seem to give everyone their own house where possible. Booked for one night, extended for four more.

mattress was too thick for my preference and the shower piece was broken so the water came out like a hose pipe

Have to pay extra for sauna. Only 4 sun loungers and they are very uncomfortable. Would need a bike to get into the main town - 10 min drive

Very nice and picturesque place! Friendly stuff was ready to help us in any questions. We enjoyed sauna and swimming pool in the evening. The best part was breakfast. Magnificent view + yummy food is the best combo!!! And we appreciate to friedly woman who did good pancakes special for us💕

The property was clean, modern, and spacious. The location was perfect, it’s a little bit out of Pai, surrounded by mountains. Very peaceful and chill. The sauna and the pool were the cherry on top. The staff were very friendly and always available to us. We had an amazing stay at Pai lamun valley!!!
