Premier suite room is spacious with balcony facings sea(partial sunset view). Pool is not too crowded. There is a small,quiet beach nearby. Indoor(basement) parkings are available. Baby cot is available upon request. Overall we enjoy our stay.

Luggage trolley is available but no bellboy-you have to take it to your room by yourself. Breakfast buffet is low variety&quality. Quite crowded in small space. The beach is on the opposite side of the road - but its just a short distance walk. Quite far from anything else- suit for those with private car.

The best place on the island if you plan to visit the national park frequently: hiking through the rainforest, Monkey Beach, Teluk Ailing Beach. The distance from the hotel to the national park entrance is 1.5km. Teluk Bahang Beach is across the road at 300m. The distance to the Sugo Village grocery is 350m. The bus stop (routes 101 and 102) from the city is next to the hotel entrance. The bus stop to the city is in 200m. The journey to the center of George Town takes up to 1.5 hours, depending on traffic jams. Caring staff, clean rooms, delicious food with a focus on local dishes. We booked 2 rooms.

The room was very nice and the design was fantastic

The staff who checked me in not friendly at all and sour face. Furthermore she is the Guest Service Manager and not cooperative at all. The staff who attended to my queries via phone was very good. The breakfast considered not value for money with poor selections.

I love that our stay in Premium Suite was really comfortable, the provided towels, the bedsheet and pillows were all clean, the water pressure was good, the breakfast buffet during our stay were excellent and the view was really nice. The staff, from receptionist until the customer service were all kind and helpful. I remembered asking the receptionist for extra laundry bag when we reached hotel during midnight that time. When we were walking bag to our room, I noticed there was a boy walking towards us. He brought the laundry bag I asked them for. It was fast! Thank you for making our stay a memorable one 🤗

Hmmm just that the air conditioner was a bit slow to cool the room. But that was not even a huge problem so it was fine for us throughout our stay.

Cleaner/ housekeeping needs better attention on the toilet's condition, 2nd time I'm here and still the toilet isn't cleaned, I have to wipe off the stains with tissue

The rooms were clean and spacious and the staff were friendly

The location suited our needs to be close to the dam but was a Grab ride to get to main market and eating areas

What I did like: 1. Location by the beach plus view of the sea. 2. Friendliness of staff. 3. Food in restaurant. 3. The pool area. 4. Overall building. 5. My room was ready early.

So a few things could improve. 1. The gym is extremely outdated and airco doesn’t work. 2. Elevators are slow and there are no stairs (for someone who doesn’t like elevators this is an issue). 3. Coordination of restaurant could be better. 4. Same for information by checking in. Eg. They told me no laundry, then in my room I do see laundry service.

The staff at this hotel are very friendly and full of hospitality. I am feeling very welcomed. The room is exceptionally clean and the view is captivating. The hotel is ideal for those who seek tranquility and freedom.

The toiletries need to be upgraded because they are not compatible with the premium room. The drinking water was not replenished in a timely manner because it had been opened by previous guests. The taste of breakfast, particularly Malaysian signature foods like nasi lemak, needs to be improved.

free buggy services to beach. great location. big pool. got 2 kids pool and one big pool. the place is not crowded like batu feringhi. got mamak restaurant nearby. this is my second stay at this hotel. will come again in future.

receptionist named aishah not friendly at all. she’s not smile to customer and speak with firm note to customer. she is not fit to work at front counter. pls change to other polite staff.

The Tiffin Hi-Tea set for two was worth it at RM35! I let the hotel know in advance that I was celebrating my birthday, and they prepared a simple decoration in the room—I love it! My 4 yo loved the bouncy castle next to the pool (new addition).

The air-conditioning unit was noisy - I mean loud enough - and sprinkled/sprayed a bit of water while I was ironing in front of the tv. I had the same experience (loud AC) during my last visit.
