All the staff at the hotel were friendly and very interested. They provided a very pleasant stay experience. thank you to each and every one of them. especially Mr. Chris helped us a lot from start to finish. And also they serve delicious breakfast everyday.

Breakfast was excellent, all home cooked, very fresh and top quality. The menu changed on daily basis. It’s a family owned business and they see you as part of their family and treat you accordingly. Concierge service was excellent. The hotel is also 2 min. walking distance to the see, which is one of the best bays on the island.

It’s run superbly. I did not see any improvement points.

The location of the hotel with breathtaking views from the diner area, pool deck and room, while being close to the beach. The staff will go at great length to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. No better way to start the day than with the - Michelin Star worth - breakfast. We enjoyed every minute at this gem, member of the SLH community.

A bathroom on the pooldeck level would be nice. The hotel is build on a hill and less suitable for guests with difficulties climbing stairs.

Spectacular view. Excellent service. Clean rooms.This hotel is running by a very sweet family. I highly recommend this hotel to all who wish to visit lovey island of Patmos. They have delicious breakfast too.

The hotel met our expectations in every sense. The rooms and facility were very clean and they took care of everything during our stay. Even for our ferry, they talked to the ferry company on our behalf and helped. A great business in every sense, I would also like to thank Chris for helping us at the reception. this was our first experience of petra but i think we will plan a visit to this resort every next summer vacation

Everything. The owners were so welcoming and hospitable. The owner makes different special breakfast dishes each day. It is a spectacular setting, spotlessly clean. We travel extensively, this is one of the best places we have stayed. We had a private courtyard with a hot tub. Friendly, helpful staff. The pool was a jewel. A rental car is a must.

We loved everything.

One of the best properties I have ever stayed in and I’ve been to many locations. This is a small property of 11 rooms. Extremely clean and well maintained. Petra and Kosta are the owners and attentive. Sotiris is a manager and also very attentive and polite. The staff at breakfast were two of the nicest women. The property is maintained constantly, even with small paint touchups. The rooms were spotless and I am very picky. The views of Grikos and the water each day are beautiful. The pool has towels and lounge chairs. Their are even wireless buzzers on the pool tables in case you want to order a drink or snack. So much detail and thought has been put into this property. Breakfast was different each day. Lovely choices and freshly made food. You sit at the top eating breakfast overlooking the water. Sun shades to keep out the sun.

The room was very comfortable, the wait staff were extremely attentive, friendly and bent over backwards to assist. The owner was very accessible and made a point of speaking with us daily. The pool, breakfasts etc... were very high quality.

There are a lot of steps, but it is an old building so it can be forgiven! The receptionist insisted we purchase an international drivers license prior to her arranging our car hire, but the car hire company did not even ask to see it - a waste of US$40!
