We booked this hotel very last minute and we were hesitant to book it due to numerous bad reviews online, however, for us our stay was close to perfect. Location was great, breakfast was great, spa facilities were great. Room was quite small but definitely big enough for two people. We were also pleasantly surprised we were able to get our laundry done as we had been on the road for quite some time. Staff were also helpful and friendly and spoke English.

Rooms did not get cleaned every day. Trash was taken out daily but towels were only changed once during our 4 day stay and the room was also only cleaned once. There were spider webs hanging from the ceiling in the room. The room did not have a mini fridge which for us was okay but slightly annoying.

Hotel Praha is a clean, designed, nice Mountain hotel that has a High level. The Staff should have Max points, they were Good.

Three minus: Cold Pool in SPA area 25-26 C. Feels not good after paying 300 Euros/night No kettles and coffee on room. Its standard at this level. High Music level at ”Discos of diff kinds” close to the hotel. Impossible to sleep before 2am. Was heard in the whole City. Not Alp standard. Quit after 11pm. We are here to Ski, the level must has created tinnitus by many. This is not very ”Czech”, just Crazy.

Everything was amazing! The hotel was very helpful! We went on my father’s birthday and the hotel team has helped me to order a cake from a local supplier, prepared Prosecco in his room. The service in the restaurant was exceptional, and the food was very good for a very affordable price. Rooms were clean and modern. Hotel location is great, about 3 minutes walk to the centre with a free shuttle bus to the ski slopes.

All little things cost extra (towels, slippers, iron), it is very affordable so shouldn’t break the bank but still I was surprised about the iron and ironing board. Spa was nice but jakuzzi wasn’t clean (had a very odd smell). Some saunas and jakuzzi require you to be undressed, so make sure to wrap yourself in a towel and maybe shower after sauna in the changing room not outside the sauna itself or you might get unwanted company which would be as surprised as you. Didn’t happen to me but to a few other people in the spa.

I didn’t know what to expect after reading the reviews but my partner and I were very happy. Breakfast was very good every morning, staff helpful and nice, spa and spa treatments were great. We just had lunch once at the hotel and we liked it. Location is perfect and is very close to the buses that take you to the slopes.

We stayed almost a week and the room was not cleaned once.

The hotel is awesome, clean and comfortable, nicely decorated. The details for skiers were thought out properly. Breakfast was very good. I enjoyed the spa a lot, pools, saunas. I pre-ordered a lava stone massage it was really great, Katka was doing it professionally with a lot of care. The environment was relaxing and welcoming. Thank you so much we had a great time at your hotel and special thanks to Katka :)

The apartment is quite oldschool compare to hotel's rooms. 8 of us stayed in apartment and 2 in room, which was much better and more modern. Specially if the apartment is called "Luxury apartment" I would expect much more

The room was nice, clean and big. There is a pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Also a very nice restaurant with tasty food. Around the hotel many ski lifts, stores and restaurants.

The hotel is located on the hill, the road was bit icy - we received information regarding preparing snow chain. The pool was a bit cold.

Nice staff, location close to the center, good breakfast, free entry to the wellness.

For some reason they didn't clean every day. We were there for 3 nights, they cleaned only once and didn't change the towels even once.

Really liked our room. Had plenty of space for 3 of us. Beds were quite comfortable. The decor was very attractive. The wardrobe shelving unit were really good. The fridge was quiet. Bathroom was good and had a great shower. Dining/breakfast room was nicely decorated and pleasant.

When it rained it collected on the roof and then dropped down onto the metal roof outside our window and was loud so kept us awake. The wellness area needs some updating. The sauna, kneipp bath and whirlpool were all not working. The receptionist at the wellness was not friendly or welcoming. Breakfast was basic but ok however, 2 out of the 4 mornings the second heating unit was not being used. The juices were extremely watered down.

Clean, comfortable, great breakfast, good restaurant, really nice wellness centre with the option of private booking. We appreciated the large room for 6 people
